大型水轮发电机投标技术方案设计系统的研究

【摘要】 大型水轮发电机结构复杂,技术含量高,特别是不同的电站由于其设计参数不同,对应的水轮发电机都要重新进行设计。目前,世界水电设备制造企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,为了获得更多的机会,各企业必须频繁派人员参加投标竞争,中标比例虽然很小,但企业标书制作的任务量却很大。因而,如何根据用户设计需求,能够高质、快速地制定水轮发电机的设计方案,就成了市场经济条件下各企业求得生存的关键。大型水轮发电机投标方案设计包括电磁方案设计和结构方案设计。本文首先进行了水轮发电机电磁方案设计的研究,给出了水轮发电机电磁方案设计的流程图,提出了基于实例推理技术的电磁方案设计方法,叙述了相似电磁实例的抽取和表达技术,给出了相似电磁方案的检索算法,该算法根据7个决策参数计算出案例之间的相似度,并以此判断新设计问题和实例库中各实例的相似度。根据水轮发电机方案设计的特点,本文还研究了CBR和RBR的结合技术,利用两种推理技术各自的优势,克服了庞大而且丰富的知识库对系统推理效率的不利影响,提高了系统的工作效率和工作质量。结构方案设计是大型水轮发电机投标方案设计的另一个重要部分。本文给出了结构方案设计的主要内容,包括定子设计、转子设计、推力轴承设计、导轴承设计和负载机架设计5个模块。每一个方案设计模块完成各自的设计功能,彼此之间通过消息和数据流相互通讯和相互协作,因而具有模块化的特点,便于系统的更新和扩展。本文还以推力轴承方案设计中的镜板泵方案设计为例,介绍了结构方案设计的基本思想和方法。本文在水轮发电机投标方案设计理论和技术研究的基础上,利用Java语言和Oracle数据库技术,开发了大型水轮发电机投标方案设计系统。该系统具有与Windows系统统一的用户界面,菜单、按扭和人机交互系统完全符合Windows风格。最后,以实际电站数据验证了方案设计系统的正确性和有效性。

【Abstract】 The knowledge of design and experience plays an important role in the product design because the structure of large-scale hydro-generators is complex and high-tech. Different power stations have different design parameters, so the corresponding generators must be redesigned. At present, the competitions among the enterprises which product hydro-generators’equipments become more and more furious. In order to get more opportunities, every enterprise has to send persons to bid frequently. Though the rate of bid is very low, making the bids is a hard work. Therefore, how to make a high quality hydro-generator’s design scheme at speed according to the users’requirement is the key to the enterprises’survival in the market economy.The bid scheme design of the large-scale hydro-generators consists of the electromagnetic design and the structure design. Firstly, the paper makes researches on the electromagnetic scheme design of the hydro-generators, works out the flow chart of the electromagnetic scheme design of the hydro-generators, proposes the method of the electromagnetic scheme design of the hydro-generators based on Case-Based Reasoning, states the extraction and expression of similar electromagnetic examples, and gives out the search arithmetic of similar electromagnetic schemes, which calculates out the similarity between examples according to the 7 decision-making parameters.According to the characteristics of the hydro-generator scheme design, the integration of CBR and RBR is also studied. Taking advantage of these two reasoning technologies, it overcomes the negative influence on the reasoning rate of the system, which is affected by the huge and rich knowledge base, and improves the working efficiency and quality of the system.The structure scheme design is another important part of the bid design system of the large-scale hydro-generators. The paper points out the main contents of the structure, involving the stator design, the rotor design, the thrust-bearing design, the guide-bearing design and the loaded-framework design.
