绮石“治虚三本二统”学术思想研究

【摘要】 本文通过整理大量的文献，来研究绮石“治虚三本二统”学术思想的本旨。探讨了本论的理论渊源，深入剖析了本论的具体内涵以及临床运用价值。“治虚三本”揭示了在治疗虚劳时应着重治疗肺脾肾三脏；“治虚二统”是绮石为纠正当时医界治疗阴虚滥用苦寒、治疗阳虚滥用温燥之药的不良风气而提出来的，同时也深刻提示了治疗阳虚补肾与补脾以及治疗阴虚补肾与补肺的辩证关系，具有重大的历史意义和现实意义，对丰富和完善虚劳疾病的论治理论、提高临床疗效有宝贵的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 By sortting out a lot of data, this article learns the original meaning of three root and two entirety of treating consumption , which is putted forward by qi shi. This article inquires into it’ theory sourse, dissects deeply it’ concrete essence and clinical value . "Three root" points out :we should attact importance to lungs、 spleen and kidney when we treat consumption; "two entirety" putted forward was correcting the error and deviation of using cold herbs too much to treat yin-deficiency and using warm-dryness too much to treat yang-deficiency, and uncovering deeply the syndrome differentiation contact when we treat yang-deficiency by invigorating spleen or tonifying kidney and treat yin-deficiency by invigorating lung or tonifying kidney, this is import historical and practia] significance.
