李杲《脾胃论》结合时令用药心法探讨

【摘要】 本文讨论指出：结合时令用药是李杲《脾胃论》中重要的学术内容。文章通过总结、归纳各个时令特点和《脾胃论》中关于结合时令用药的基本内容，分析了其理论依据和治疗思路。最后文章指出，李杲《脾胃论》结合时令用药有其丰富的内涵，是中医天人合一观、整体观和恒动观的具体体现。同时强调：在学习继承李杲这一心法时，必须清醒认识到，书中具体药物加减给学习带来了极大的方便，但是临床应用中不能生搬硬套，而是学要认识其规律，了解其核心，举一反三。更多还原

【Abstract】 Written by Li Gao in Jin Dynasty, Treatise on Spleen and Stomach is characterized by prescribing and modifying according to seasons. The regulation of prescription in Treatise on Spleen and Stomach on the basis of seasons has been summarized and deducted in this paper, while the analysis of the Li Gao’s medical theory and his views towards treatment has also been included. Finally, the study on the combination of prescription and herb’s modification and the character of the seasons and climate help understand the pith of TCM philosophy such as human body’s correspondence to the nature, conception of integrity and the conception of perpetual mutation and transformation. The emphasis on the correlation of prescription and the seasons should be located in the substantial laws of Li Gao’s ideas rather than the rote of each case for the variance of all successfiil treatment methods is unexceptionally derived from the soul of dialectic in traditional Chinese medicine.更多还原
