一种基于FCS的Web服务器的设计与实现

【摘要】 现场总线的产生和发展引发了工业控制领域的一场革命。现场总线以其全数字、全分散、全开放的特点成为控制领域的一个热点,基于现场总线的控制系统正在逐步取代传统控制系统,代表了先进控制系统的发展方向。 OPC(OLE For Process Control)是微软公司的对象链接和嵌入技术在过程控制方面的应用,是一种连接硬件装置或软件数据库等数据源与过程控制客户应用程序之间的标准化的接口协议,它可以显著地增强过程控制领域中的控制系统、现场设备、管理应用程序之间的互操作性。在过去,为了存取现场设备的数据信息,每一个应用软件开发商都需要编写专用的接口函数。由于现场设备的种类繁多,且产品的不断升级,往往给用户和软件开发商带来了巨大的工作负担。OPC以OLE/COM/DCOM机制作为应用程序级的通信标准,采用客户/服务器模式,把开发访问接口的任务放在硬件生产厂家或第三方厂家,以OPC服务器的形式提供给用户,解决了软、硬件厂商的矛盾,完成了系统的集成,提高了系统的开放性和可互操作性。 本文从现场总线控制系统的发展现状出发,遵循现场总线控制系统标准的体系结构,仍由通用组态软件实现监控管理功能,由现场总线智能仪表实现生产控制功能,为系统上位机操作站设计实现了Web服务器,以满足系统上位机操作站功能扩展的目标。功能扩展的任务主要由Web服务器中的两个功能控件MMBIDE和MMBServer完成,其中MMBIDE负责组态下载、参数的上传、下载、设置、修改、管理和实时监控,MMBServer则是沟通Matlab先进控制应用程序与OPCServer的桥梁,使得现场仪表能够享受Matlab先进控制。Web服务器的实现主要依托于DCOM技术和IIS操作系统内置服务器,同时Web服务器的实现也为建立多人开发、多人参与的网络平台打下了良好的基础。

【Abstract】 The presence and development of fieldbus has brought an involution in industry control field. With its digital, distributed and open character, fieldbus has been a hot issue in control field. The control system based on fieldbus is replacing traditional control system, and represents the orientation of advanced control system.OLE for Process Control (OPC), which is the application of Microsoft’s Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) technology in process control system, is the standard interface protocal for connecting the data sources with the client application of the process control. It can greatly inhance the interoperability among control systems, field devices and business applications in the process control industry. In the past, in order to get the data information of the devices from field devices, every application software developer has to write special interface function. Because the variety and unceasing update of the field devices, it brings heavy burden to user and software developer. OPC-based client/server model puts OLE/COM/DCOM mechanism as communication criterion, and it assigns the mission of developing access interface that is provided to user as OPC server to hardware manufacturer or third party. It resolves the contradiction between software developer and hardware manufacturer and realizes the system integration. It can inhance the openness and interoperability of the system.From the development status of the Fieldbus Control System (FCS), this paper designs and realizes Web server for the topper computer of the system, the operation station of the system, to satisfy with the goal of the topper computer’s function extending, with compling with the structure’s standards of FCS, implementing the functions of production control by the brainpower instrument, and implementing the functions of surveillance, control and administration still by configuration software.
