【摘要】 城市密集区是城市化高度发展的产物，是指在特定的地域范围内，以一个或多个城市为核心，城市之间或者城市与区域之间发生着紧密的高强度的联系，高度城市化、城镇密度大、城镇连续性分布的密集城镇地域。它具有城市节点、联系网络渠道和广大的腹地基质三要素。而且城市密集区是一个动态的发展过程，可以根据城市密集区的发育程度将其划分为不同的阶段等级。 城市密集区理论和世界各国的城市化经验表明，城市化水平达到一定程度之后形成城市密集区，城市密集区形成之初主要以城市密集区的聚集效应为主，此时城市密集区由于自身发展所需要的资金、技术、人才等不足，便以其在区域发展巾的优势，从周边相对落后的城市地区吸引资源来发展壮大自身；当城市密集区发展到一定水平之后，其聚集效应开始减弱，“扩散效应”逐步增强。我国东部长江三角洲地区，依据其优越的地理优势和国家的优惠政策，在早期的经济发展领先于中部及西部地区，在城市化和城市密集区发展的过程中，依据其经济领先优势，从中西部地区聚集了大量的资金、技术、人才，经济迅速发展壮大起来，目前基本完成城市密集区的聚集效应加剧过程，开始向周边地区辐射扩散。安徽地处我国中部地区，紧接东部发达地区，东部经济发展过程中产业的转移，需要安徽加快区域经济发展，安徽区域经济发展需要一个规模适中的城市密集区来带动，这同样也是经济全球化和区域经济一体化的要求。 在区域经济发展中城市密集区具有重要的作用，它可以优化区域的资源配置，是区域经济发展的载体，对区域经济的起飞有着强大的带动和辐射作用。城市密集区的形成需要较好的区为地理条件，较发达的经济条件，以及优越的交通运输条件和科技文化条件。改革开放以来安徽取得了很大的进步，人均国内生产总值增长到原来的21.3倍；交通运输业有了长足发展，在科技方面，也取得了显著的成就。经过几十年的发展，安徽地区城市区域化、区域一体化加强，并且安徽人口和产业集聚呈明显的加快趋势，安徽区域经济发展的成熟程度，交通运输发展的连接能力，人才科技条件等，都为城市密集区的形成奠定了基础，在经济发展相对较好的地区形成城市密集区的条件基本成熟。 尽管安徽形成城市密集区的基础较好，但由于地域广阔，拥有17个地级市，各地级市发达程度各不相同，城市密集区不能随处普遍形成，只能形成于区域条更多还原

It has three main factors of city node, the contact network outlet and the large stomach foundation qualities also. And City-and-town Concentrated Area (CCA) is a development process of dynamic state, we can according to growth degree of City-and-town Concentrated Area (CCA) divide it as different stage grade according to the certain index sign system.The theories of CCA and the city of the international communities turn the experience enunciation, the cities become City-and-town Concentrated Area (CCA) after attain a certain degree, at the beginning of City-and-town Concentrated Area (CCA), City-and-town Concentrated Area (CCA)of gathering effect is lord, at this time City-and-town Concentrated Area (CCA) because of the funds, technique that oneself needs when developing, talented person etc. shortage, then it depends on advantage in district develop, draws on the resources from the peripheral opposite city region that fall behind to develop and strengthen the oneself; After City-and-town Concentrated Area (CCA) develops the certain level, it comes together the effect to start die down, "proliferation effect" strengthens gradually.
