基于彩色及近红外双CCD的炉内工件表面温度全视场监视系统

【摘要】 基于彩色及近红外双CCD的炉内工件表面温度全视场监视系统是一种彩色CCD和近红外CCD双光路相结合的检测系统。彩色CCD光路用来实时监视,并可快速确定工件位置;近红外光路采用红外比色测温方法精确测定工件表面温度。即用一种设备完成了对炉内状况的观察和工件表面温度的测量。这对于提高产品质量、优化燃烧过程、节约能源、保护环境以及工业生产安全都有重要意义。本文对系统进行了设计和完整的理论分析,并对测试及计算中的一些问题进行了深入的研究。 绪论:对国内外辐射测温方法和技术进行了较为系统的论述,对其存在的问题进行了分析,指出了本系统的创新之处。 第一章:简单介绍了高温测量的常用方法;阐述了辐射测温系统的理论基础黑体辐射定律,并在此理论基础上介绍了比色测温原理以及比色测温的优点;最后还给出了系统的工作流程。 第二章:详细讨论了系统构成的硬件系统,对构成系统的主要硬件部分的原理做了简单介绍。 第三章:按照软件工程的思想,对系统进行了需求分析,并在需求分析的基础上给出了软件系统的整体框架以及系统软件的流程图。 第四章:分析了系统中由于硬件、噪声、软件引起误差的原因,提出了相应减小误差的方法,并给出了实验结果。
【Abstract】 Full view furnace workpiece surface temperature monitoring and detecting system based on color and near-infrared double CCD is the examination system which unifies double path of lights from color CCD and near-infrared CCD. Color CCD can be used to real-time monitoring and rapidly confirm the location of the work piece. Near-infrared CCD can accurately measure the surface temperature of the work piece by colorimetric temperature measurement. In other word, we have finished the work of observing furnace state and measuring the surface temperature of the work piece with just one piece of equipment. It is of great significance for improving the product quality, optimizing burning process, saving energy, protecting environment and ensuring industrial safety. In this paper, we designed the whole system and did entire theoretical analysis, and we made further investigation for the problems appeared in measurement and calculation.Introduction: The methods applied to measure the temperature are summarized, the problems existing in these methods are analyzed, and point out this system innovation place.Chapter 1: The commonly used methods of high temperature measurement are introduced simply. The law of black body radiation which radiation thermometry depends on is elaborated. Based on this theory, the merits of colorimetric temperature measurement are introduced. Finally, returned to give back to the system work flow.Chapter 2: The hardware system is discussed in detail, and the principles of main hardware are introduced simply.Chapter 3: According to theory of software engineering, the overall frame and the flow chat of software system which are based on demand analysis to the system are introduced.Chapter 4: The system errors because of hardware, noise, software are analyzed, the corresponding methods to reduce errors are proposed, and the experimental results are discussed.
