变制冷剂流量空调系统动态仿真与性能研究

【摘要】 数码涡旋中央空调系统的核心技术是数码涡旋压缩机,其属于一种容量可调压缩机技术。数码涡旋空调系统由室内机、冷媒配管和遥控装置等组成。随着空调系统的发展和逐渐普及,人们对其运行特性及节能性越来越关注。本文对数码涡旋空调系统展开一系列实验和理论研究,得到了空调系统的运行特性和节能性。首先建立了完整的数码涡旋空调系统的动态仿真模型。以稳态集中参数法建立了压缩机模型;以稳态分区集中参数法建立了蒸发器和冷凝器模型;以稳态集中参数法建立了电子膨胀阀模型。在进行空调系统仿真程序的制冷剂热力计算时,将Origin自定义函数拟合方法应用到制冷剂热力性质计算中。对R22替代工质R410A和R407C的热力性质进行简化计算。计算以Cleland简化模型为基础,采用显式拟合方法对R410A和R407C热力性质进行拟合计算,将计算结果和数据源进行比较,误差在允许范围内。通过对替代工质R410A和R407C的热力性质拟合结果的误差分析,证明了选用的模型和拟合方法的准确性,为以后研究新工质热力性质提供了新的思路。其次利用编制的数学模型,对某一实际建筑中的数码涡旋空调系统进行全年运行季节的动态能耗计算。选用普通间冷风机盘管加新风系统和变频系统与数码涡旋系统进行比较计算。经过比较可知,VRV中央空调系统,热损失较小,负荷调节灵活,在建筑空调系统中使用效率较风机盘管中央空调系统高。并且VRV中央空调系统便于分户计量,可以减少人为的浪费,从而提高资源利用率。在部分负荷运行时,由于数码涡旋压缩机可以做到连续无级能量调节,数码涡旋空调系统的节能性能更为显著。

【Abstract】 The core technology of the digital scroll air conditioning system is the digital scroll compressor. The digital scroll air conditioning system is consisted of indoor unit, outdoor unit, refrigerant pipe and remote control equipment. With the development of the living condition and popularization of the air conditioning system, its operationg performance and energy consumption were considered by people. Systematic research of air conditioning system was studied in the paper. At first, a dynamics model of the air conditioning system was proposed in the paper. The compressor model was based on the steady lumped parameter method. The electrical expansion valve model was based on the lumped parameter method. Self-defining function curving fitting method in Origin program was first used in the thermal properties calculation of the environmentally-fridendly refrigerants. A simple and convenient method based on the Cleland equations was proposed to calculate thermal properties of refrigerants R410A and R407C which are known as two main substitutes of R22. The calculating results were compared with the data from the literature and the errors were acceptable. Compared with other thermal properties calculation model, the method has greater computation speed. The calculation results with minor error indicated that this method is an effective method for studying the thermal propertied of the refrigerant substitutes. Calculation and comparison between the fan-coil add new air system and VRV system were proposed in the paper. The results were that VRV air conditioning system has more efficiency than the fan-coil system. In the partial load condition, the digital scroll can realize no steps energy regulating and have higher efficiency.
