支持异构CAD协同设计平台技术的研究

【摘要】 在当今经济全球化和贸易一体化的背景下,企业之间的竞争愈演愈烈。为了缩短产品的设计时间,降低产品成本,提高产品质量,并行工程和敏捷制造相继出现。随着网络和计算机技术的发展,计算机支持的协同设计为他们提供了良好的支持平台,但是目前的协同设计平台都不支持异构CAD同步协同设计,异构CAD间的信息集成大多是通过异步的数据交换来实现,造成了虚拟联盟中的不同CAD资源的浪费。为了使得CAD资源得到充分的利用,在研究了国内外关于相关理论进展后,我们对支持异构CAD协同设计的平台技术进行了研究,提出了基于操作信息共享的异构CAD同步协同设计方法,该方法可以有效实现异构CAD系统之间的同步协同设计。 本文主体部分首先分析了协同设计系统的三层协作模型,从总体上描述了协同系统的内容和层次;通过对集中式和复制式两种结构的分析,提出混合式的平台体系结构,它可以更有效的降低对网络带宽的要求,提高协同控制的能力。第三章从总体上分析了协同设计系统的内容框架,分别就冲突消解和任务实施进行了分析,指出了本课题所要重点完成的同步一致性维护、访问控制和辅助协同三个功能模块。第四章在分析了CAD系统建模的特点和数据交换的不足的基础上,提出了基于操作信息共享的方法,分析了基于操作信息共享的协同设计方法的原理和方法,详细解释了windows消息机制、CAD视图更新原理和基于CAD命令的映射机制,最后给出了实现协同设计互操作的方法。第五章详细给出了监控模块、消息处理模块和通信模块的实现方法,最后给出了系统的原型。 对支持异构CAD协同设计平台技术的研究和开发,可有效提高企业CAD资源的利用效率,提高设计速度,降低企业的设计成本;同时也丰富了信息集成的内容和方法。

【Abstract】 On the background of the economy and trading globalization, the competition between the industries is more and more heavily. Then the Concurrent Engineering(CE) and Agile Manufacturing(AM) appeared to shorten designing time ,lower cost, improve quality of product. For the development of network and computing technology , the Computer Supported Collaborative Design gives CE and AM strong supporting tools .But all of those tools don’t support the synchronized collaborative designing between different CAD system. Different CAD systems always through asynchronous datum exchanging to finish information integration . This situation results CAD resources great wasting. So it is very important to find out a way to solve this problem. Through researching the theories inside and outside of the country , we give a way that is based on sharing design operation information to achieve the synchronized collaborative designing between different CAD systems.This thesis first analyzes three level model of collaborative designing system , describes the content and level of collaborative system from the whole view. After analyzing of concentrated and duplication system structure, we work out compound structure. This structure can work on the situation of low network speed, it also can improve the ability of system controlling. The third chapter analyzes the content structure of collaborative design system from resolving conflict and task implementing two aspects, and point out that keeping consistency, access controlling , assistant collaboration are three main function module. The forth chapter explains the background of the method based on sharing operating information, analyzes its principle and how to implement, explains the message mechanism in windows operating system, how to update CAD model, and the mapping mechanism based on CAD command, gives the method to get co-operating . The fifth chapter introduce how to carry out monitor module, message disposal module and communication module, also introduce the system prototype how to begin a collaboration work.The research and development of the tool that supports synchronized collaborative designing between different CAD system can improve usage of CAD resource and speed of designing, reduce cost of design step, enrich the content and method of
