医学图像处理系统研究与实现

【摘要】 近年来,随着数字化医学图像采集设备的发展和普及应用,国内医院逐步引入了医学图像处理系统,传统的打印胶片正在被数字化的医学图像所取代。 医学图像的数字化管理为病人减轻了负担,为医院节省大量开支,提高工作效率;医学图像处理功能有效地提高放射科诊断医师的工作质量和效率,改变以往依照胶片凭经验推断的弊端,将医学图像诊断提升到可量化诊断的水平,使诊断标准更科学,诊断结论更可信;计算机辅助诊断技术的应用,更是改变了以往只能凭经验由多幅二维图像去估计病灶的大小及形状的工作方法,更进一步提高了诊断水平。因此医学图像处理系统的研究与实现,具有重要的应用价值。 本文论述的内容是作者参与开发的浪潮通软医学图像处理系统,该系统提供了医学图像的数字化管理、医学图像处理、计算机辅助诊断等功能,是计算机图形学和图像处理技术在生物医学工程中的重要应用。 医学图像处理系统需求分析阶段在原型系统的基础上引导用户提出需求,然后进行需求分析。总体设计阶段进行业务建模,针对各个功能点划分模块并选取合适的系统架构、开发环境、数据库方案。本文重点介绍了作者完成的图像处理功能和计算机辅助诊断功能的设计、开发和实现过程。 本文中医学图像处理部分论述了五个重要的功能: (?) 窗宽/窗位调节:调节需要显示的医学图像CT值的位置和范围,将正常组织和病变组织的CT值映射到不同的肉眼可以区别的灰阶内。 (?) 图像滤波:滤除图像噪声,使图像清晰、视觉效果好,并最大限度地保持不损失图像的轮廓及边缘等重要信息。 (?) 边缘增强:突出显示图像的边缘,削弱边缘以外的图像,方便医生根据增强显示后的边缘分别相邻的机体组织。 (?) 定位线:定位图是一个序列中的第一幅,与后续图像拍摄位置正交,定位图像上的定位线显示的就是后续图像在定位图像的横切位置。 (?) 图像压缩:将DICOM格式的医学图像压缩存储为JPEG格式文件,节省存储空间。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the popularization and application of digital devices which screen medicinal images, more and more hospitals in China got used to image process system. The conventional kind of film was being replaced by the digital medicinal image.Digital image management can lighten the patient’s burden, save much expense for the hospital and make the doctors work more efficiently. The functions of image process not only upgraded the diagnostician’s efficiency but also change the old way of diagnosing based on film and experiences. It led the diagnosis to calculable level and make diagnosis more scientific and more authentic. The use of computer aided diagnosis functions even more changed the old method of guessing the focus’s size and figure based on a lot of plane images and experiences. It improved the diagnosis into a higher level. So the research and realization of image process system have great applied value.The content of this thesis is about the GenerSoft Company’s image process system which offered these functions: digital image management, image process, and computer aided diagnosis. Computer graphics knowledge and image process technique were used in this system.Base on the archetypal system, we led the user come out their requirement during the requirement analysis phase and analyzed the requirement. We chose the appropriate system frame and divided the system into modules based on the function. We chose the environment of exploitation and project of data-base during the general design phase. In the thesis, we mainly emphasized on the image process and computer aided diagnosis function’s design, exploitation and realization.The image process module has five important functions: WindowWidth/WindowCenter: Adjustment: adjust the CT value’s width and center and put the normal or pathological organism’s CT value into different
