板料拉深中的拉延筋设置规律研究

【摘要】 设置拉延筋是提高复杂曲面拉深件成形均匀性的有效手段,等效拉延筋技术使拉延筋数值模拟成为当今板料成形中拉延筋设计的主要途径。然而,在模拟试验中,要确定等效拉延筋的类型、参数及位置是一个较为复杂的问题,需要依靠前人总结的经验原则,通过不断的调整和试验才能得到最优结果。针对这一现状,本文对不同形状拉深件中拉延筋的设置规律进行了研究。 本文将常见的典型形状拉深件进行分类,应用板料成形分析软件DYNAFORM的等效拉延筋模拟功能,对这些典型拉深件分别进行拉延筋设置的数值模拟试验。通过对模拟试验结果的分析,得出拉延筋类型随拉深件凹模口轮廓形状的设置规律,并通过在某蹲便器拉深件和车身覆盖件模具设计中的应用,证明了其可靠性,全面总结和验证了现有的、有关拉延筋设置的经验和原则。 为探讨拉深件凹模口轮廓圆弧部分的拉延筋在类型选择上的规律,利用正交试验设计方法,通过大量的模拟试验和试验结果分析,总结出圆弧部分拉延筋的类型随板料厚度、拉深件尺寸、临边轮廓曲线曲率的变化趋势,以及拉延筋拉延阻力与以上因素之间的关系。从而使实际生产中,拉延筋的类比设置以及在拉深工件尺寸或某些工艺参数变化的情况下如何调整拉延筋有了规律可循。
【Abstract】 The installation of drawbead is one of the most effective means to balance the material flowing in the sheet metal forming. It is possible to use numerical simulation technology in the designing of drawbead because the equivalent drawbead. However, if we have no experience or much more experimentation, it is still a difficult problem to make sure the type or every parameters of the drawbead exactly. Aiming for this, the drawbead installing regulation of the drawing parts with different die shapes is analyzed in this article.In present study, a series of typical drawing parts are arranged according to their shapes. The forming process of these parts is simulated using the equivalent drawbead technology of DYNAFORM software. Then, the regulation between drawbead type and the shape of the drawing parts is found, and it’s reliability has been proved by the using in a drawing part’s and an auto-body panel mold designings. Some forthcoming experience and rules in relation to drawbead installation are also re-summarized.In drawing parts, the drawbead’s type is difficult to be chosen, especially next to the arc part of the die’s contour. For this question, an experiment project is founded by using orthogonal experimental design. Based on a lot of experiment and the analysis of the results, the relationship between the drawbead’s type which next to the arc part of the die’s contour and the blank thickness, the drawing part’s length or other size of the part’s is founded, which is supposed to direct the drawbead installation in the real sheet metal forming.
