【摘要】 生态城市是一种理想的城市模式，它的基本特性是和谐性高效性与整体性。煤炭资源型城市(镇)是依托资源开发而兴建或发展起来的城市，然而在煤炭产业与其他相关行业的发展过程中，由于人为因素的破坏和资源的不可再生性，这些城市(镇)的生态环境面临着巨大威胁。要想实现未来的可持续发展，煤炭资源型城市(镇)要及早进行生态化治理，为未来二次创业夯实基础。生态城市是未来城市的发展趋势，煤炭资源型城市(镇)与其他资源或非资源城市一样，也面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。 本文的写作目的和意义概括地讲是： 第一，传统的煤炭资源型城市必须转型，其目标是生态化建设且标准要高。 第二，及早吸取老煤炭工业城市的教训，避免重蹈覆辙。 第三，煤炭资源型生态城市的建设不是一朝一夕可以实现，必须建立长期规划。 第四，煤炭资源型城市的生态建设关系到该地区整体的环境质量和未来发展，是符合我国北方煤炭资源富集区贯彻落实科学发展观实际的重大举措之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ecology city is one kind of ideal city pattern, its basic characteristic is Harmonious, effectiveness and the integrity. The coal resources city (town) idepends on the city which the resources development constructs or develops, However, with the developing processes, as a result of human factor destruction and resources are not renewable, these cities’ ecological environment is facing the huge threat, in order to realize the future sustainable development, the coal resources city (town) must early carry on the ecology government.
