神华煤制烯烃项目聚乙烯产品开发探析

【摘要】 我国是石油资源匮乏而煤炭资源丰富的国家，自1993年我国成为石油净进口国后，石油进口量逐年加大，到2003年净进口量已超过9000万吨，进口依存度超过了30％，随着国民经济的稳步发展，这一态势还将进一步扩大，国际油价的波动已对我国国民经济的影响越来越大。 充分利用我国煤炭资源优势，以煤为原料，建设大型的生产出以往只能大部分依靠进口轻质油作为原料的烯烃项目，也是保障能源安全的一项必要的和可行的措施。 神华集团公司拟采用世界先进的洁净煤技术，利用内蒙古丰富的煤炭资源，在包头市建设大型现代化煤化工基地，以生产等石化产品为主，完全符合国家的产业政策，有利于缓解我国石化资源短缺的局面。神华集团公司在包头市建设的煤化工基地，是实施西部大开发战略的具体举措，对于充分发挥包头市的区位优势，经济优势，拉动包头市乃至内蒙古自治区的经济发展，促进包头市产业结构的调整，以及带动地区经济的可持续发展都有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s unique energy resource situation of abundant coal and scarce oil, China is oil entrance country from 1993.oil’s entrance quantity is increase year by year .by 2003, oil’s entrance quantity have exceed 9000ten thousand ton, entrance dependence exceed 30%,As Chinese economy’s develop ,The condition is more expend.internation oil’s rate is more and more affect Chinese economy.China’s unique energy resource situation of abundant coal,To set up coal to olefin plant with coal as feedstock and the conclusion is that the project is necessary and the construction condition matched is complete and the profits of project is good.conversion and coal to chemical development strategy to set up a coal to olefin plant in Baotou city of Inner Mongolia ,by taking local abundant coal resources and construction donditions as support.the project is in line with Chinese industrial strategy productivity position ,improving of clean coal utilization and the debelopment of coal chemical basement.It is of important significance to effectively resolve the constrains of ethylene plant which is the bottle neck of nation chemical industry and start a new way of light olefins. Shenhua Group’s project is necessary and an important in the Baotou and Inner Mongolia economy.更多还原
