西安古城保护与城市交通协调发展研究

【摘要】 西安是拥有数千年历史的中国古都，西安古城文化与城市建筑格局是人类不可缺少的宝贵财富。而今，随着经济的迅猛发展，西安城市交通问题日益严重。作为目前世界上古城与现代都市重合发展的大城市，西安的古城特点决定了城市中心交通用地不可能大幅度增加，路网格局不可能大幅度调整，古城保护和城市交通的发展成为一种矛盾。因此，通过科学的交通发展协调好古城保护与现代化城市发展需要，解决西安城市居民出行问题，对西安的发展无疑具有重要意义。本论文的研究内容是在对历史性城市及古建筑保护的前提下，制定科学的城市交通发展战略，以促进城市的和谐发展，提高城市的竞争力。 论文首先分析了西安古城的特点及其对城市发展的作用，提出了古城保护的范围和方法；接着结合西安古城特色及交通现状，讨论目前城市交通存在的主要问题，提出西安交通科学发展战略；通过情景分析法，确定城市交通发展模式，并进行较细致的交通子系统运行效果想象。论文的最后，分析现行西安交通政策存在的不足，讨论西安交通科学发展的政策、措施，从而真正实现古城保护与城市交通科学发展相协调。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a world-class ancient metropolis, Xi’an was the capital of several ancient dynasties. The ancient center of the city is our precious and indispensable wealth. Now then, along with the fast development of the economy, the transportation problem of Xi’an is increasingly serious. As a city of ancient city protection coincident with modern development, the city characteristics of Xi’an decide that the land used in transport can’t be increased by a wide margin and the layout of road network can’t be adjusted extensively. It exists illogicality between transportation development and ancient city protection. Therefore, it means a great deal to the city to coordinate ancient city protection with city development properly and resolve the problem of resident’s trip by the scientific development of transportation. The research purpose of this thesis is to establishment the scientific development strategy of city transportation to promote the harmonious development of Xi’an and raise the competition ability of Xi’an on the premise of the ancient buildings protection.First, the thesis analyzes the characteristic of Xi’an and the function of ancient city protection to the development of Xi’an, putting forward the scope and the method to protect ancient city. Next combine the ancient city characteristics and the actual state of urban traffic to discuss the existent problem of urban traffic and put forward the scientific development strategy of urban transportation. Then, through scene analysis theory, we can establish traffic development pattern of Xi’an and carry on the detailed function effect ion imagination of transportation sub- system. At last, we should analyze the main shortage of Xi’an transportation policy, discuss the policy and measure for scientific development of urban traffic, so as to realizing "harmonious transportation, economy transportation, people first transportation, environmental protection transportation".更多还原
