基于需求的产品创新设计方法研究

【摘要】 产品创新设计方法是产品设计研究热点之一,本文试图综合现代设计方法,探索一种实效的从用户需求获取到满足用户需求的功能原理方案的产品创新设计模型,特别是满足潜在需求的产品功能原理方案的求解方法。 文中建立了需求向功能映射的质量屋修正模型和优化模型、用功能分析法实现功能向机构(这里机构指实现功能的物理载体)的映射模型,探求了该模型的求解方法。总结出了一种实效机电产品创新设计方法:需求—功能—机构映射方法,并以摩托车设计为例,说明该方法应用过程并印证了该方法的有效性。 本文从问卷和访谈着手,交叉迭加进行,发挥访谈在客户潜在需求调研中的优点,问卷在人群分类和对市场快速定位中的优点,解决了用户需求获取困难的问题。用聚类分析和因子分析方法,对调查数据进行分析,考虑客户需求的相关性,力求使变量间相互独立,有效提高用户需求获得的可靠性。文中对现有市场调研的不足之处进行分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。
【Abstract】 Product innovation design methodology is one hot of product design research. This article attempts to design integrated modern methods and explore an effective product design innovative model of principles programme of functional, from user needs access to meet the needs of users, in particular to meet the solution methods of programme of functional principles of potential demand for products.This article established the quality housing amendment models and optimizing models of needs to shine upon the functional and using functional analysis to achieve shine upon models of functions to machine. This structure is physical carrier of achieving functional. This article explored the model solution methods and summed up effectively mechanical and electrical products’ innovation design methods: demand-functional-machine shine upon methods. And motorcycle design as an example, described the methodology applied process and confirmd the validity of the methodology.This article begined from the questionnaire and interviews, interviews played the merits in customer potential demand research, and questionnaire holded the merits in the crowd classification and rapid positioning in the market. The paper used the statistical methods of factor analysis and cluster analysis to analysis survey data, consider the relativity of customer demand, enable variables independent and improve the reliability of user needs access effectively. The article analysed research deficiencies in existing market, and put forward some improve step.
