水泥稳定碎石基层材料设计研究

【摘要】 水泥稳定碎石材料由于其显而易见的优点而被广泛应用于我国高速公路的建设中去,但在实际使用中,半刚性基层尤其是水泥稳定类基层易开裂,很快便反射至沥青面层这一缺点至今还没有行之有效的解决办法。我国高速公路早期损坏严重的局面一方面与路面结构设计、超载重载、面层材料设计不合理有关,但更重要的与半刚性基层提前达到疲劳破坏不无关系。本文重点对水泥稳定碎石材料级配及级配评价方法、混合料设计方法、多指标综合路用性能评价等方面进行了研究。 本文通过级配试验研究选定了四种级配,分别对水泥稳定碎石、水泥粉煤灰稳定两种类型,采用体积设计法和常规方法设计了7种混合料来进行综合路用性能的研究。路用性能的试验内容包括:力学性能、抗裂性能、抗冲刷性能、抗冻性能。通过多指标综合评价方法找出了综合路用性能优良的混合料配合比、设计方法和级配。
【Abstract】 Due to many prominent advantages of cement-stabilized aggregate, it has been widely used on china highway construction. However, in course of practical application, there is not an effective solution to solve crack and reflect crack of semi-rigid base especially cement-stabilized aggregate. Some reasons such as deficient road structure design, overload, and unreasonable HMA design can explain the very serious situation of early disease of highway, but more essential reasons are short longevity of semi-rigid base. This essay emphasizes on the fields as follow: design of road structure and parameter of base material; the gradation of cement-stabilized aggregate and its evaluation method; design method of mixture; synthetical performance evaluation based on multi-target; performance of cement-stabilized aggregate after wearing out.This essay selects 4 kinds of gradation; designs 13 kinds of mixture by cubage designing and usual method; carries thought experimentation about cement, flying ash cement and lime flying ash cement stabilized aggregate on the field of performance. The experimentation includes mechanics, anti-crack, scour, anti-froze and wearing out performance. At last, thought synthetical performance evaluation, this essay try to give a proposal about of cement-stabilized aggregate gradation and mixture design method.
