治超对我国高速公路货车车型发展的影响

【摘要】 随着治理超限超载运输工作的逐步深入，我国公路货车“大吨小标”和严重超载现象受到了遏制，运输业逐步向良性方向发展。同时，我国高速公路货车车型也随之发生了变化，为了适应治超后的货运市场，一些汽车生产厂家开发出了新的车型，投放市场。为此，本文对治超过程中货车车型的变化趋势以及新车型推出后出现的相关技术问题作了研究分析。 首先，从货运市场需求的角度，研究治超对高速公路货车车型的发展影响。作者通过实地调研，从市场需求的角度研究我国高速公路货车现状、治超前后货车车型的变化以及治超过程中出现的新车型的发展状况，并结合相关交通运输法规、行业标准和政府部门的导向方面分析我国高速公路货车车型的发展趋势。其次，通过江苏、河南、山西等省份的高速公路车流量数据库，分析治超过程中各车型的变化情况，研究治超之后我国高速公路货车车型的组成结构和发展趋势；再次，对用于公路运输货车的双转向前桥技术以及具有双转向前桥的四轴单车(8×4)进行了调查研究，并对四轴单车和四轴半挂列车进行了对比分析，提出在目前条件下，用于运输货车上的双转向前桥技术必须自主研发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of the Overload Disposal, the "large weight with small mark" and the serious overload phenomenon on freight vehicle in our country keep within limits , the shipping industry has developed to the benign direction . At the same time, the freight transportation vehicle’s type in our country has also had the change along with it, in order to adapt the centralism to the transportation market after Overload Disposal, some vehicle companies developed some new freight vehicle types and put them into market. Therefore, this paper analyses the change tendency of the freight vehicle type during the Overload Disposal, some technology questions appeared after the new vehicle typepromoted were studied.Firstly, take the market demand as the guidance, the effect on the highway freight vehicle type after Overload Disposal was studied. The author investigated the issues on the spot, studied the present situation of the freight transportation vehicles in our country、 the change of the freight vehicle type as well as the development condition of the new vehicle type which in the process of Overload Disposal from the market demand aspect, analyzed the freight vehicle type development direction in our country combine with the transportation laws and regulations、 the profession standard and government department’s guidance aspect. Secondly, analyzing the various vehicle types change situation during the process of Overload Disposal through the highway traffic flow magnitude database of Jiangsu, Henan, Shanxi province and so on, studying the composition structure of the freight vehicle’s type and development tendency after Overload Disposal in our country. Thirdly, carrying some investigation and survey on the highway transportation freight vehicle with dual steering front axle technology as well as the four-axis rigid truck (8×4), and take the comparison on four-axis rigid truck with four-axis semi-trailer, this paper suggests that, the front axle technology uses in the freight vehicle on the highway transportation must be developed independently under the present condition.更多还原
