生物接触氧化工艺处理高速公路沿线设施污水试验研究

【摘要】 针对我国高速公路沿线设施污水处理存在的问题,根据高速公路沿线设施污水水量及水质特点,采用生物接触氧化工艺对高速公路沿线设施污水进行了试验研究,以期对高速公路污水处理提供技术支持,切实解决高速公路沿线水污染控制中存在的问题。在试验过程中,从水力停留时间、进水成分、进水方式、技术经济和反应器对氮营养物质的去除等方面考察了生物接触氧化工艺的去除效率和运行情况,并分析了试验条件下生物接触氧化工艺的反应动力学模型。 由试验结果可得出以下结论:(1)反应器采用猪鬃毛制成的弹性立体填料,驯化挂膜速度快,生物相丰富,生物量大;(2)在连续进水、连续曝气情况下,HRT分别为4h、6h、10h、14h、16h、20h,试验表明,在HRT为6h时,反应器对COD和氨氮的去除率分别可达80%和45%以上,出水COD和氨氮平均值分别小于100mg/L和12.1mg/L,出水水质可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的一级标准;(3)在处理水量一定的情况下,采用两种不同间歇运行方式,即日进水3次,间歇曝气分别为3次、6次、9次、12次、24次,每次1h和日进水6次,间歇曝气分别为9次、12次、15次、18次、24次,每次1h,试验表明日进水3次、间歇曝气时间累计6h时,出水COD平均浓度为72mg/L、氨氮为6.5mg/L、TN为16.3mg/L;日进水6次、间歇曝气时间累计12h时,出水COD平均浓度为78mg/L、氨氮为6.4mg/L、TN为16.0mg/L,出水水质均可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的一级标准;(4)依据试验数据,得出生物接触氧化工艺的有机物降解动力学模型为U=14.2×(S_e-46.2)/49.5+(S_e-46.2),相关系数R为0.9575,试验获得的动力学模型曲线与试验实测结果在出水浓度较低的情况下拟合较好;(5)由技术经济分析可知,由于处理规模较小,生物接触氧化工艺的单位污水处理量投资为4238元,处理每m~3水的运行成本约为0.81元。

【Abstract】 In view of the wastewater treatment problems from expressway affiliated facilities in our country, a BCO (Biological Contact Oxidation) process was tested in treatment of the peculiar with the expectation of providing a technical support to the engineers. During the experimental period, the performance of the process was studied from the aspect of HRT(hydraulic retention time)、 influent constituents、 influent mode、 technical economy and the degradation rate of COD and nitrogen nutriment, etc. The dynamics model of the BCO process dealing with the sewage was analyzed in condition of the test.Through the results of the test we could conclude as follows: (1) The reactor filled with filler, made by hog hair, possessed a fast velocity of bio-film domestication, a rapid shape up period and excess biomass; (2) When the reactor was operated in the mode of continuous influent and continuous aeration, with the HRT of 4h、 6h、 10h、 14h、 16h and 20h respectively, the removment of COD and Ammonia Nitrogen at HRT=6h was greater than 80% and 45% , the COD and Ammonia Nitrogen of effluent were less than 100mg/L and 12.1mg/L respectively, which can achieve the first class of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996) ; (3) Under the constant influent, the reactor was operated in those two intermittent modes of 3 times influent and 3、 6、 9、 12、 24 times aeration a day (once an hour) and 6 times influent and 9、 12、 15、 18、 24 times aeration a day (once an hour). When the influent was characterized by 3 times a day, 6 hours of cumulative baric retention time, the effluent values of COD, Ammonia Nitrogen and TN were 72 mg/L、6.5 mg/L and 16.3 mg/L respectively; and that by 6 times a day、 12 hours of cumulative baric retention time, the effluent values of COD、 Ammonia Nitrogen and TN were 78 mg/L、 6.4mg/L and 16.0mg/L respectively. The effluents for both of the two operating models can achieve the first class of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996) ; (4) Based on the test results, the dynamics model of the BCO reactor was proposed as:U =(14.2×(S_e-46.2))/(49.5 + (S_e- 46.2)), with correlation coefficient R being 0.9575.
