公路隧道变频通风控制研究及系统实现

【摘要】 本文利用先进的自动化技术、网络技术及控制技术,对公路隧道通风控制系统进行了研究,提出了一种高性能、高节能、能适应不同长度隧道通风需要的变频通风控制系统。 首先根据隧道管道和风机的运行特性曲线,阐述了通风系统的变频调速节能原理,论述了风压控制点的选择原则,建立了隧道通风系统的数学模型。 隧道通风过程可近似认为是一个一阶时滞系统,系统采用自整定模糊PID对隧道管网的风压进行实时控制。分析了模糊控制的原理并设计了变频通风模糊控制器,运用MATALB软件的SIMULINK工具箱和模糊逻辑工具箱对系统的通风过程进行仿真研究。通过仿真分析了模糊PID控制的阶跃响应特性,阐述控制系统增强隧道通风系统的非线性,强噪声和纯滞后的抑制能力。 使用CS1系列PLC的DeviceNet现场总线结构的控制器网络,通过以太网通信、Controller Link网络通信、变频器通信以及区域控制器与现场串口通信设备的协议宏通信实现了控制系统对现场设备的实时控制。用PLC编程软件CX-Programmer编写了控制程序,并用组态王Kingview6.51软件设计了上位机方便、快捷的监控软件。

【Abstract】 According to the advanced technique of automation, network and control, this thesis studies the highway tunnel ventilation control system and puts forward a high performance and saves on energy VF ventilation control system, which can adapt to different length tunnels.This thesis explains tunnel ventilation system’s energy-saving principle of blower speed according to characteristic curve of running tunnel pipeline and blower, states principle on choosing wind pressure control points and builds math models of tunnel ventilation system.Tunnel ventilation process is approximately a system of time lag of first order, real time control of wind pressure in tunnel pipe is adopted self-tuning fuzzy PID. The theory of fuzzy controller is analyzed in detail and a self-tuning fuzzy PID controller of VF speed ventilation is designed, and the simulation research on ventilation process of the system is introduced by using SIMULINK toolbox and fuzzy logic control toolbox in MATLAB. The step response character of fuzzy PID control is analyzed through simulation, the tunnel ventilation system non-linear, yawp and time lag restraining ability enhancing is expatiated.By using CS1-series PLC DeviceNet field bus locale controller network, through Ethernet communication , Controller Link network communication , transducer communication and protocol macro communication between locale controller and serial device, the locale equipments real time control is achieved. Develops the controlling program with the help of CX-Programmer, a kind of PLC programmer software, and the convenient and brief monitor computer software of the system is designed by using the software of kingview6.51.
