【摘要】 目的 观察复方薏仁痛风胶囊对原发性高尿酸血症的疗效和安全性。 方法 分析符合纳入标准的患者的血尿酸和胰岛素抵抗的关系。采用随机平行对照的方法，将63例患者随机分成2组，治疗组(改变生活方式加复方薏仁痛风胶囊治疗)33例，对照组(单纯改变生活方式)30例，2月后比较两组胰岛素抵抗指数、血尿酸、血脂等的变化，及自身前后比较。 结果 在63例高尿酸血症患者作相关系数分析，发现高尿酸血症和胰岛素抵抗指数明显相关(r=-0.751，P=0.01)。对照组治疗前后比较，血尿酸比前下降明显，有统计学意义(t=7.776，P＜0.001)；治疗组治疗前后比较，血尿酸、胰岛素抵抗指数、甘油三酯等较前有明显改善(P＜0.05～0.001)；与对照组治疗后比较亦有显著性差异(P＜0.05～0.001)。同时治疗组在改善症状方面较对照组有优势。 结论 高尿酸血症和胰岛素抵抗有相关性；复方薏仁痛风胶囊在改善胰岛素抵抗、降低血尿酸、降低甘油三酯等方面作用显著；复方薏仁痛风胶囊可以明显地改善高尿酸血症患者的临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of the compound yiren-tongfeng capsule in the hyperuricemia patients.Methods: 63 patients involved the study were analyzed the relationship between hyperuricemia and insulin resistance. 63 cases were randomly divided into two groups : 33 patients were regarded as the treatment group (treated with "compound yiren-tongfeng capsule"), 30 patients were regarded as the control group (only changing the life style). The glucose、 lipid (CHO、 TG、 HDL、 LDL、 apoA、 apoB)、 uric acid 、. insulin、 liver function 、 kidney function in serum and BMI were investigated after 2 months in the two groups. Result : 62 patients were statistically analyzed. The partial correlation coefficients between hyperuricemia and insulin resistance was —0.751 (P=0.01). The serum uric acid of the control group was significantly lower than before (P<0.001). The serium uric acid 、 TG、 insulinof treatment group were significently lower than before (P<0.05-0.001). The total effective rate was 56.67% in the control group, 90% in treatment group. There were significantly differences between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.001). Compared with the control group, the treatment group could significant reduce uric acid (P<0.001)、 TG (P<0.05) and improve the insulin resistance (P<0.05), and improve the symptoms of the hyperuricemia patients.Conclusion : Compound yiren-tongfeng capsule has outstanding effect on decreasing UA, and increasing the patients’ insulin sensitive index, improving insulin resistance.更多还原
