工业醋酸乙烯合成工艺及反应器模拟与优化

【摘要】 醋酸乙烯(VAc)是一种重要的有机化工原料,特别是醋酸乙烯通过自身聚合或与其它单体共聚,可以生成应用很广的衍生物。醋酸乙烯生产方法有乙炔法、乙烯法以及碳一化学法等,醋酸乙烯工业的发展具有广阔前景。本文简要介绍了合成醋酸乙烯的工艺,着重介绍了湘维有限公司运用乙炔气相法合成醋酸乙烯工艺流程。并对乙烯法和乙炔法两种不同工艺技术进行了比较,并且针对合成醋酸乙烯催化剂的不同进行了介绍。通过查阅文献资料,分析了乙炔气相法合成醋酸乙烯的反应机理,认为醋酸乙烯是乙炔在催化剂表面上的吸附,反应对醋酸近似为零级,对乙炔近似为一级。本文对湘维有限公司醋酸乙烯合成工段进行操作数据的分析,得出在合成醋酸乙烯的过程中,随着反应温度、进料乙炔醋酸摩尔比、催化剂载量的增大,醋酸转化率和空时收率都增大,同时,副产物也随之增多。针对这一问题,本文对合成工段中气体分离塔工艺流程进行了研究,使循环气体中的副产物减少,提高了流化床反应器中催化剂的寿命,产品质量也有所提高。在对操作数据分析的基础上,分别运用两相模型和K-L模型进行流化床反应器中醋酸转化率的模拟计算,计算模拟结果表明,两相模型与实际数据在一定的范围内比较接近,并分析了操作参数:流化床反应器反应中温、进料乙炔醋酸摩尔比、催化剂载量及流化床高度对醋酸转化率的影响。同时,采用鲍威尔算法,以反应器的空时收率作为目标函数,进行操作参数优化,并分析了反应中温、进料乙炔醋酸摩尔比及空时对空时收率的影响,得到了合成反应器空时收率最大时反应中温、进料乙炔醋酸摩尔比。

【Abstract】 Vinyl acetate (VAc) is one kind of important organic chemical raw materials,specially,vinyl acetate can be created with the application broad derivatives through its own polymerization or together with other monomer copolymerization. Vinyl acetate of production methods have the acetylene, the ethylene as well as a carbon chemical method and so on,vinyl acetate industry development has the broad prospect.The craft of vinyl acetate synthesis is briefly introduced, and emphatically introduced the Hunan XiangWei limited company of technical process of the synthesis of vinyl acetate via the vaporous acetylene method. Meanwhile,two kinds of different craft technologies,the acetylene method and the ethylene method,are compared,and has differently carried on the introduction in view of the synthesis vinyl acetate catalyst.Through consulting literature materials, the reaction mechanism of the synthesis of vinyl acetate via the vaporous acetylene method is analyzed,and the synthesis of vinyl acetate is thought to the acetylene on catalyst surface adsorption,the reaction to acetic acid is approximate zero order,to the acetylene is approximate an order. This article carries on the analysis of the operation data to the Hunan XiangWei limited company acetic acid ethylene synthesis workshop section,which obtains in the vinyl acetate synthesis process, along with the reaction temperature,a feeding acetylene acetic acid mole of ratio, catalyst load capacity increasing, the acetic acid conversion rate and space time yield all increase,at the same time,the by-product also increases along with it. In view of this question,the gas separation tower technical process has been made the improvement in the synthesis workshop section, which causes the by-product reduction in the recycle gas, enhancs the catalyst life in the fluidized bed reactor, the product quality also have the enhancement.On the base of the operation data analysis,two models and K-L model are separately utilized to carry on the acetic acid conversion rate analog computation in the fluidized bed reactor,the computation analogue results indicate that two models is close to the actual operation data, and this article has analyzed the operation parameter:the response temperature of fluidized bed reactor,the feeding acetylene acetic acid mole of ratio, catalyst load capacity and the height of fluidized bed reactor influence on acetic acid conversion rate.
