【摘要】 面对日益激烈的市场竞争,愈来愈多的企业试图通过创新创建竞争优势。但是很多企业在对创新工作投入了大量的人力、财力和物力后,不但没能创建出预期的竞争优势,反而在困境中越陷越深,慢慢落入了“创新找死、不创新等死”的尴尬境况。研究表明,许多企业的创新达不到创建竞争优势的目标的重要原因,就是缺乏创新协同。研究海尔20多年的发展历程,其成功的关键就在于以文化创新为核心的整合创新,同时在对国内外学者的创新理论进行比较研究的基础上,提出了整合创新的概念。整合创新是指以一种创新为核心对企业各方面创新工作进行的一种创造性的融合,从而形成企业的核心竞争力。同时以技术整合创新、知识整合创新和组织管理整合创新三个要素构成企业整合创新体系,并以此为基础构建了基于整合创新的企业竞争优势模型。并且在一般的运作思想的基础上,着力于构建学习型组织,加强企业信息化建设,建立和完善企业创新人才激励机制和加强企业的知识产权保护四个因素的研究,对企业整合创新运作的支持体系进行了探索。整合创新理论及基于整合创新的企业竞争优势模型对我国企业健康、持续成长具有重要的现实意义和学术价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing the increasingly fierce competition, more and more enterprises attempt to build competitive advantage through innovation. While many enterprises have invested a tremendous amount of human, financial and material in the innovation, not only failed to create a desired competitive advantage, but also bogged down in the difficult position, slowly falling into the embarrassing situation of "innovation courts disaster, not innovation waits for death". The research indicated that, the most important reason of many enterprises’ innovations could not achieve the foundation competitive advantage goal is lack of the innovative synergies.Haier’s more than 20 years development process suggest that the key of their success lies in the integrated innovation with the core of culture innovation, at the same time , in the foundation of the comparison research to the domestic and foreign scholars’ innovation theory, put forward the integrated innovation concept. The integrated innovation refers to take one kind of innovation as the core to create a creative fusion, then act to various aspects of the enterprise, thus forms the enterprise’s core competitive power. Meanwhile, constitute enterprise integrated innovation system with three essential factors which are the technical integrated innovation, the knowledge integrated innovation and the organization management integrated innovation, then construct the enterprise competitive advantage model which based on the integrated innovation. At the same time, surpass the general operation thought, exerts oneself in research of the constructs study organization, strengthens enterprise information interchange, establishments and improvements system for stimulating staff initiative and strengthens the protect of enterprise the intellectual property rights, then explored the enterprise integrated innovation operation support system.Integrated innovative and the enterprise competitive advantage model which based on the integrated innovation are very important for the healthy and sustained growth of our country’s enterprise.更多还原
