交—直—交型矩阵变换器及其直接转矩控制

【摘要】 交-直-交型矩阵变换器是一种新的“全硅”功率变换器,它的拓扑电路结构为交-直-交型,有中间直流环节,但没有储能元件;它的输入输出性能与交-交矩阵变换器相同,输入电流、输出电压正弦,输入功率因数可达到0.99以上并可自由调节,能量可双向流动。交-直-交型矩阵变换器的拓扑结构灵活,目前研究最多的还是18开关三相-三相交-直-交型矩阵变换器拓扑,也是本文重点研究的对象。本文从交-直-交型矩阵变换器的拓扑电路的演变出发,研究了多种拓扑电路型式的交-直-交型矩阵变换器及其特点,提出了直流零电流换流策略,以及单位功率因数的PWM整流和空间矢量调制的逆变控制策略;根据交-直-交型矩阵变换器拓扑电路的结构特点,将其应用于多驱动调速系统,结合直流零电流的换流策略,提出了基于交-直-交型矩阵变换器的多驱动调速系统及其控制策略;交-直-交型矩阵变换器应用于直接转矩控制有其特点,本文研究了基于交-直-交型矩阵变换器,近似圆形磁链和六边形磁链的直接转矩控制的实现方法,并且与传统的交-直-交变换器的直接转矩控制进行性能比较;建立了交-直-交型矩阵变换器及其应用于多驱动调速系统的仿真模型,基于交-直-交型矩阵变换器的近似圆形磁链和六边形磁链的直接转矩控制的仿真模型;研究了主电路和数字控制系统的实现技术,建立了以DSP2812评估板为控制核心的交-直-交型矩阵变换器的硬件实验平台;用汇编语言设计软件程序,提出了解决PWM整流控制中相位漂移和实现整流和逆变同步控制的两个关键技术方法。本文的研究重点放在交-直-交型矩阵变换器的控制策略和换流策略,交-直-交型矩阵变换器应用于多驱动变频调速系统,交-直-交型矩阵变换器应用于直接转矩控制系统上。通过理论分析、计算机仿真和实验验证得出了一些有意义的经验和结论,为矩阵变换器进一步实用化的研究,提供了一定的技术基础。
【Abstract】 AC-DC-AC matrix converter is a new kind of "all silicon" power converter. Its structure of topology is type of AC-DC-AC, has DC-bus between input rectifier and output inverter, without large reactive energy storage components. Its performance of input and output is same as AC-AC matrix converter, with sinusoidal currents of input and output, the power factor of input can be reached 0.99 and more, furthermore, it is adjustable. The energy can be bi-directional flew.The structure of topology of AC-DC-AC matrix converter is flexible, the three to three phase 18 switches AC-DC-AC matrix converter is most researched now, is also main objective in this dissertation.First, from the change of the topology of AC-DC-AC matrix converter, the characteristics of several topologies is studied, a commutation scheme of DC zero current is proposed, as well PWM rectify of unit power factor and space vector modulation scheme of inverter. Based on the frame character of AC-DC-AC matrix converter, it is applied on multi-drive speed adjustable system, combined with commutation scheme of DC zero current; a control scheme on multi-drive is proposed. Second, AC-DC-AC matrix converter based the direct torque control (DTC) has its character, approximate circle flux DTC and hexagon flux DTC are presented based on AC-DC-AC matrix converter, their simulation models are built. In this dissertation, the technique of realization of main circuit and digital control system are researched, a hardware experiment platform is built with DSP2812 evaluation board being control center. In this dissertation, the software is designed by assemble language, the key technology of resolving phase floating in PWM rectifier control and realizing synchronous control between rectifier and inverter are proposed and testified.The dissertation mainly pays attention on the schemes of control and commutation, the application of AC-DC-AC matrix converter on the multi-drive speed adjustable system, and the application on DTC system. And some valuable experience and results were got and testified, and contributed to the AC-DC-AC matrix converter’s industry application.
