【摘要】 云南田径运动员在第十届全国运动会的田径比赛中有了历史性的突破，取得了一定的成绩，但是我们还是要知道，云南田径运动水平与田径强省依然有很大的差距。本文通过专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、文献资料法、综合分析法对云南省田径运动员参加第8～10届全国运动会的比赛名次，2002～2004年田径各单项进入全国前20名的人数，以及在国家体育总局注册情况和一、二线在训田径运动员的基本情况进行研究分析，找出云南田径运动发展中存在的问题：田径项目布局不合理、后备人才的结构不合理、运动员的“金字塔”式的训练体制有待于进一步完善、教练员的执教水平参差不齐等问题。本文将针对云南田径项目发展的地域、人文特点，提出一系列的战略对策研究。 云南想成为田径强省的途径就是要深化训练体制改革，注重教练员的选拔与培养，改进训练方法与手段，加大科技攻关力度，加强传统优势项目的投入与潜优势项目的开展，不断培养后备人才，建立完善的竞赛体制，才能提高云南阳径运动水平。促进云南田径运动的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The athletes of Yunnan have made the historical breakthrough and achievement in the 10th track and field events of National Sports Games, however, we still come to realize that the athletics level of Yunnan falls far behind that of strong province. This paper, through expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, literature study, comprehensive analytical method and logic reasoning, analyzes the obtained positions of Yunnan in the 8th-10th Games of National Sports, and the number of athletes entering the top 20 in our country track and field items from 2002 to 2004, including track and field items enrolled in National Sports Department and the first and the second class training athletes.We have found out, based on the research and analysis above, that someexistent problems ——unreasonable distribution of track & field itemsand constitution of the reserving talent, the " pyramid" shaped training system for athletes in further improvement, the great distance ofproficiency among coaches in training, etc.——in the development of trackand field sports in Yunnan. This paper maintains a series of strategic countermeasures, in the light of local and humanities characteristics of the track and field events development in Yunnan.The following actions, to be a strong province of the track and field sports, as for Yunnan Province, should be paid much more close attention——the reformation of organizational training system, the selecting andtraining of coaches, improving the training methods, the enlargement of scientific and technological breakthrough, more investment in the traditional superior items and potential superior items development, continuous training the reserving talented, and building up the reasonable competition system.
