星云湖中紫色非硫光合细菌的生态分布特征及初步应用

【摘要】 光合细菌(Photosynthetic Bacteria)是一类地球上最早出现的可利用光能在厌氧条件下进行不放氧光合作用的细菌。光合细菌的研究具有重要的理论意义和应用价值:理论上它是研究光合作用、固氮作用和探索生命起源和生物进化的理想实验材料:应用上,可用来生产氢气、生物可降解塑料、生物杀虫剂、生物肥料,可用来净化有机污染、处理高浓度有机废水及进行生物脱氮。 星云湖作为典型的高原湖泊,至今还没有人对该湖中微生物种群的分布,空间与时间上的数量变化及这种分布与湖泊富营养化之间的关系等问题有所研究和报道。本论文针对上述问题,选取生态系统中重要的微生物类群——光合细菌为研究对象,以求了解环境微生物光合细菌在星云湖的不同垂直分布和水平分布及其对水质的调节和净化功能,并且能筛选到具有应用价值的优良菌株,为进一步开发高原湖泊微生物资源打下基础。 本论文进行了以下三个方面的研究工作: 1.星云湖的环境因子综合分析; 2.星云湖紫非硫光合细菌的数量分布和种群结构; 3.对具有应用价值的紫非硫光合细菌优良菌株进行处理废水、染料降解的初步应用研究。 本论文主要研究结果和结论如下: 1.星云湖水体的各理化因子(SD、TN、TP、BOD、COD和Chl-a)在位点间和季节间差异都显著,在深度上只有DO和温度的变动差异不显著。采用修正的卡森指数法,对星云湖营养化状态作出的评价表明目前星云湖全湖大部分水域已呈富营养化状态,部分水域(主要是螺丝铺水域)已呈重富营养化状态。 2.星云湖PNSB数量在水平位点及不同采水期的分布上有显著差异,而在垂直位点的分布上差异不显著。PNSB数量水平分布为螺丝铺>李家湾>湖心,引起差异的原因是不同位点间的污染程度差异;垂直位点上,DO含量低的水层PNSB数量多,但

【Abstract】 PSB (Photosynthetic Bacteria), which emerged 2 billion years ago, is the general term for all kinds of bacteria that use light to photosynthesis without oxygen emission, with high value in basic theoretical research and application. In theory, it is the best experimental material for studying photosynthesis, nitrogen fixation, and exploring the origin of life, biological evolution. In application, it can be used for producing hydrogen, biodegradable plastics, biological insecticide and bio-fertilizer. It is also used for purificating organic pollution, treating high concentrate organic waste water, and biological denitrogenation.XingYun Lake is a typical plateau lake, but there is no one who begins to study the distribution of microbial population in the lake , the number variance in time and space, and the relationship between the distribution and eutrophication of lake. In this dissertation, the studying object is the PSB , which one of the important populations in ecosystem in XingYun lake. We hope to find out the vertical and horizontal distribution of PSB in XingYun lake. Simultaneously, we want to screen the strain with excellent function and high activity so that could lay a foundation for further exploring natural resource of microbion in plateau lakes.This dissertation consisted of 3 parts:1. Comprehensive analysis of environmental factors of XingYun lake;2. Numerical distribution and population structure of PNSB of the XingYun lake;3. Application of PNSB of XingYun lake in wastewater treatment, decoloration of reactive Red X-3B.The detailed results and conclusions were as follows:1.
