营养水平对初产母猪妊娠早期胚胎存活及IGF-I分泌量的影响

【摘要】 本研究以初产母猪为试验动物,研究不同营养水平对妊娠早期胚胎存活及类胰岛素生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)分泌量的影响。试验设三个营养水平组(高、中、低水平),各水平组母猪每天的饲喂量分别为2.0倍、1.2倍和0.6倍维持需要。选取配种后日龄和体重相近的长白×大白杂交初产母猪63头随机分到三个营养水平组中。分别在母猪妊娠12天、25天和35天称重、取血和屠宰取样。 试验结果如下: 1、各水平组母猪妊娠12天、25天和35天的母体总增重和净增重有极显著差异(P<0.01)。且妊娠12天、25天和35天的母体总增重和净增重与采食量间均呈极显著线性增加(P<0.01)。 2、中水平妊娠25天的子宫及内容物重量和两侧子宫角长度均显著高于高水平和低水平(P<0.05);中水平妊娠35天的子宫及内容物重量和右侧子宫角长度显著高于高水平(P<0.05)。 3、中水平妊娠12天的总活胚数显著高于高水平(P<0.05)。中水平妊娠12天、25天和35天的总活胚存活率和妊娠25天、35天的可存活胚存活率均显著高于高水平和低水平(P<0.05),高水平和低水平间无差异(P>0.05)。中水平妊娠35天的活胚重显著高于高水平(P<0.05),极显著高于低水平(P<0.01)。 4、高水平妊娠12天、25天血清中IGF-Ⅰ浓度显著高于中水平(P<0.05),极显著高于低水平(P<0.01)。中水平妊娠25天血清中IGF-Ⅰ浓度显著高于低水平(P<0.05)。而且妊娠12天、25天和35天血清中IGF-Ⅰ浓度和采食量间呈极显著的指数和对数增加(P<0.01)。高水平妊娠12天、25天血清中胰岛素浓度有高于中水平的趋势(P>0.05),高水平妊娠35天血清中胰岛素浓度高于中水平(P<0.05),高水平妊娠12天、25天和35天血清中胰岛素浓度均高于低水平(P<0.05)。且妊娠12天、25天和35天血清胰岛素浓度和采食量间呈显著的线性增加(P<0.05)。高水平妊娠25天和35天血清中GH浓度均显著低于中水平(P<0.05)。妊娠12天、25天和35天血中IGF-Ⅰ和胰岛素浓度间呈显著的线性增加(P<0.05)。 5、高水平妊娠12天子宫液中IGF-Ⅰ浓度显著高于低水平(P<0.05),且妊娠12天子宫液中IGF-Ⅰ浓度和采食量间呈显著的对数增加(P<0.05)。中水平妊娠25天子
【Abstract】 The present research was conducted to investigate the effect of feed intake level on embryonic survival and secretion of IGF-I during early pregnancy in gilts. A total of 63 Landrace/Yorkshire mixed-breed gilts were randomly allocated to high (H, 2×maintenance feed/d), middle (M, 1.5×maintenance feed/d) or low (L, 0.6×maintenance feed/d) level groups after mating. The gilts were weighed, collected blood samples and slaughtered on dl2, d25, d35 of pregnancy respectively.The results were as follows:1.There were very significant diffenrence in overall weight gain and net weight gain among three levels on dl2, 25, 35 of pregnancy(P<0.01). There was a positive correlation between overall weight gain, or net weight gain and feed intake, showing a very significant linearity change(P<0.01).2.The weight of uterus and its content and the length of tow side uterine horns on d25 of pregnancy were significantly greater in M than in H and L gilts (P<0.05). The weight of uterus and its content and the length of right side uterine horn on d35 of pregnancy were significantly greater in M than in H gilts (P<0.05).3. Number of live embryos on d12 of pregnancy were significantly greater in M than in H gilts(P<0.05). Total and viable embryonic survival on dl2, 25 35 of pregnancy were significantly greater in M than in H and L gilts (P<0.05).There was not difference between H and L (P>0.05). Embryonic weight on d35 of pregnancy were significantly greater in M than in H gilts(P<0.05), and than in L gilts(P<0.01).4.Serum IGF-I concentration on dl2, 25 of pregnancy was significantly greater in H than in M gilts (P<0.05), and very significantly greater than in L gilts (P<0.01). Serum IGF-I concentration on d25 of pregnancy was significantly greater in M than in L gilts
