植酸酶在不同植酸磷水平肉鸡饲粮中的应用效果研究

【摘要】 本试验主要研究在不同植酸磷水平的肉鸡饲粮中添加植酸酶对肉鸡生产性能、回肠养分表观回肠消化率和胫骨矿化的影响。选用1248只1日龄艾维因肉鸡苗,按2×2因子试验设计,即2个植酸磷水平(0.26%和0.33%)和2个植酸酶添加水平(0%和0.015%),基础饲粮为负对照饲粮(根据Phycheck模型在正对照饲粮基础上降低饲粮钙、磷、能量和氨基酸水平);每个植酸磷水平另设正对照饲粮。试验共6个处理,每个处理8个重复,其中公或母鸡各4个重复,每个重复26只肉鸡,试验期为6周,分2阶段(1—3周,4—6周)饲养。试验结果如下: 1.在低植酸磷负对照饲粮中添加0.015%的Phvzyme?)XP植酸酶,公鸡42日龄平均体重和全期总增重分别提高7.23%(p<0.05)和7.47%(p<0.05),磷表观回肠消化率提高22.3%(p<0.01);母鸡22—42日龄和全期料肉比分别降低8.80%(p<0.05)和6.18%(p<0.05),磷表观回肠消化率提高19.9%(p<0.05),胫骨磷含量提高33.40%(p<0.05);公母鸡合并计算后,42日龄平均体重提高5.95%(p<0.05),22—42日龄和全期总增重分别提高8.53%(p<0.05)和6.10%(p<0.05);22—42日龄和全期料肉比均低于负对照,分别降低6.75%(p<0.05)和4.79%(p<0.05);各阶段肉鸡死亡率均无显著差异;干物质、蛋白质和能量表观回肠消化率、回肠可消化能差异不显著,磷表观回肠消化率提高21.1%(p<0.01),胫骨灰分含量提高10.64%(p<0.05),胫骨磷含量提高22.95%(p<0.05),与正对照相比,养分表观回肠消化率、胫骨灰分和磷含量均无显著差异;但22和42日龄平均体重低于正对照(p<0.05),各阶段总增重低于正对照(p<0.05),各阶段料肉比与正对照相比无显著差异;与负对照相比,采食量存在上升趋势(p>0.05),但低于正对照(p>0.05)。 2.在高植酸磷负对照饲粮中添加0.015%的Phyzyme?XP植酸酶,公鸡1—21日龄料肉比降低7.31%(p<0.05),全期采食量降低5.14%(p<0.05);磷表观回肠消化率提高35.5%(p<0.01),胫骨磷含量提高32.66%(p<0.05);母鸡21日龄平均体重和1—21日龄总增重分别提高4.97%(p<0.05)和5.18%(p<0.05),22—42日龄和全期料肉比分别降低11.31%(p<0.05)和8.14%(p<0.05),22—42日龄采食量降低8.47%(p<0.05);干物质和磷表观回肠消化率分别提高21.9%(p<0.01)和50.0%(p<0.01);公母合并后,22—42日龄和全期料肉比分别降低6.73%(p<0.05)和5.87%(p<0.05),干物质和磷表观回肠消化率分别提高19.7%(p<0.01)和42.4%(p<0.01),蛋白质、能量表观回肠消化率和回
【Abstract】 This research focused on the effect of phytase on broiler chicks’ growth performance, apparent ileal nutrient digestibility and tibia mineralization in diets contained different levels of phytate phosphorus(PP). The experimental design was a 2 × 2 factorial arrangement, including 2 phytase( 0 and 0.015%) and PP(0.26% and 0.33%) level. Basal diet was negative control diet (according to Phycheck model, dietary calcium, phosphorus, energy and amino acids level was decreased from positive control diet) and positive control was designed in each PP level. 1248 one-day-old Avian broilers were assigned into six treatments with eight replicates (female/male by half) and 26 birds per pen. The results showed:1.After adding phytase into low-PP diet, as for male broilers, average body weight(ABW) and 1-42day body weight gain(BWG) was improved by 7.23%(p<0.05) and 7.47%(p<0.05), respectively, additionally, ileal apparent digestibility of phosphorus was improved by 22.3% (p<0.01); As for female broilers, feed gain ration(F/G) of 22-42day and 1-42day was decreased by 8.80%(p<0.05) and 6.18%(p<0.05). Furthermore, ileal apparent digestibility of phosphorus and tibia phosphorus content was increased by 19.9%(p<0.05) and 33.40%(p<0.05). When merged, ABW of 42day was increased by 5.95%(p<0.05). BWG of 22-42day and 1-42day was increased by 8.53% (p<0.05) 和 6.10% (p<0.05). F/G of 22-42day and 1-42day was decreased by 6.75% (p<0.05) and 4.79%(p<0.05). Mortality of any period was not affected significantly. Ileal apparent digestibility of dry matter, protein , energy and ileal digestible energy was not affected, whereas, ileal apparent digestibility of phosphorus, tibia ash and phosphorus content was improved by 21. l%(p<0.01), 10.64%(p<0.05) and 22.95%(p<0.05) respectively. Additionally, nutrient ileal apparent digestibility, tibia ash and phosphorus content did not differ significantly from positive control. But ABW of 22day and 42day was lower than positive control(p<0.05), and so was BWG of 1-21day, 22-41day and 1-42day. F/G did not differ from positive control(p>0.05) and feed intake attended to increase when compared with negative control(p>0.05) but was lower than positive control(p>0.05).2. After adding phytase into high-PP diet, as for male broilers, F/G of 1-21 day and feed intake of 1-42day decreased by 7.31%(p<0.05) and 5.14%(p<0.05), but ileal apparent digestibility of phosphorus and tibia phosphorus content was improved by 35.5%(p<0.01) and 32.66%(p<0.05). As for female broilers, ABW of 21day and BWG of 1-21day was improved by 4.97%(p<0.05) and (p<0.05), furthermore, F/G of 22-42day and 1-42day decreased by 11 31%(p<0.05) and 8.14%(p<0.05), but feed intake decreased by 8.47%(p<0.05). Ileal apparent digestibility of dry matter and phosphorus was improved by 21.9%(p<0.01) and 50.0%(p<0.01). When merged, F/G of 22-42day and 1-42day decreased by 6.73%(p<0.05) and 5.87%(p<0.05), and ileal apparent digestibility of dry matter and phosphorus was improved by 19.7%(p<0.01) and 42.4%(p<0.01).
