论民俗文化的产业开发

【副题名】福建农村文化产业发展的战略选择

【摘要】 文化产业是21世纪最具发展潜力的产业之一,日益成为国家和城市综合竞争力及可持续发展能力的基础指针和关键因素。文化产业在我国及我省迅速崛起,并已成为国民经济和社会发展的重要组成部分。但是,目前所提的发展文化产业,多是针对以传媒文化和时尚文化为代表的城市文化产业而言的,对农村文化产业未引起足够的重视。本文从民俗文化产业化的视角来研究农村文化产业的发展,民俗文化应当而且必须成为发展农村文化产业的重要资源,民俗文化的产业开发是发展农村文化产业的重要途径。 全文分为六个部分。 第一部分,民俗文化及农村文化产业的理论考察与分析。对文章涉及的几个重要词汇(民俗文化、文化产业、农村文化产业、民俗文化的产业开发)进行明确,并作相关分析。 第二部分,民俗文化在福建农村文化产业发展中的基本状况评价。分析了福建省民俗文化资源的特点,概要介绍了福建省特色民俗文化资源。根据社会调查的结果及相关数据分析了福建省农村的文化建设及文化生产、消费现状。 第三部分,福建农村民俗文化产品开发的实证研究。对民俗文化产品进行分析,并以永安市“古堡一线天”民俗文化旅游开发为例。 第四部分,模式选择:民俗文化开发在福建农村文化产业发展中的战略思考。运用SWOT分析方法,对福建民俗文化产业开发的现实条件进行剖析,并在此基础上,确定其发展模式:将民俗文化的产业开发置于全省文化产业的发展规划中,以福建丰富的民俗文化资源为依托,以S生态观为开发原则,以市场需求为导向,选择条件较好的若干地区,大力发展文化主导产业,做长产业链,并向其他产业渗透、提升相关产业竞争力,形成促进农民增收、为农村文化建设服务,从而加快社会主义新农村建设进程的良好局面,同时增强福建文化产业的实力,促进福建产业结构优化升级。 第五部分,战略对策:民俗文化开发在福建农村文化产业发展中的运行机制研究。从政府的管理机制、文化企业的运行机制、投融资机制、优秀原创作品的开发机制、人才资源的开发机制等方面大致描绘出民俗文化产业的运行机制。 第六部分,若干政策建议。 对发展民俗文化产业提出若干政策建议。

【Abstract】 The cultural industry is one of the most potential industries in 21st century. It has become a basic indicator and key factor of the capacity for comprehensive competitiveness and sustainable development of the country and city. The cultural industry has risen rapidly in China and Fujian province, and it is taking an important role in the national economy and social development.But the cultural industry, when it is mentioned, refers much more to the urban cultural industry, which is represented by media culture and vogue culture, rather than the rural cultural industry. This paper presents the development of the rural cultural industry through the perspective of the industrialization of folk culture. Folk culture should and must become an important resource for the development of the rural cultural industry. The industrialization of folklore is an important way for the development of the rural cultural industry.The full text is divided into six parts:The first part refers to the investigation and analysis of folklore and cultural industry theory. A few important phrases involved in the article, such as folk culture, cultural industry, rural cultural industry, the industrialization of folklore, are definitely explained and analyzed.The second part refers to the appraisement of the basic situation of folk culture in the rural cultural industry development in Fujian province. This part analyzed the characteristics of Fujian folk cultural resources and introduced the Fujian distinctive folk cultural resources. It analyzed the status of culture construction, cultural production and consumption in Fujian rural area according to the results of the social survey and related data.The third part refers to the investigation of rural folk culture products in Fujian province. It analyzed the folk cultural products by an example ofthe development of folk cultural tourism ----"old castle and a gleam of sky"in Yongan City.The fourth part refers to a model choice. It includes the strategy thinking of exploring folklore in Fujian rural cultural industry by using the SWOT
