【摘要】 随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立，我国农业家庭经营的许多缺陷和农村中的一些深层次矛盾日益显露出来，要解决这些问题，客观上需要进行农业生产经营组织的创新和制度的变迁，农业产业化经营应运而生。本文从海峡西岸经济区的角度研究农业产业化，从以下方面进行了阐述： 第一，国内外农业产业化研究及发展现状综述。概括了各学者对农业产业化的概念、特征、组织形式等问题的观点，介绍了发达国家农业产业化发展的具体形式及特点。 第二，农业产业化产生及发展经营过程中的相关经济学理论介绍。从组织创新与制度变迁、规模经济、交易费用等理论分析了农业产业化产生的原因，又从产业组织、产业关联、产业结构和产业集群等产业经济学、区域经济学方面探讨农业产业化，特别是海峡西岸农业产业化发展经营的方向，从理论的角度为海峡西岸经济区农业产业化发展奠定了基础。 第三，海峡西岸经济区农业产业化经营状况分析。从产业结构、主导产业、农业布局、龙头企业、市场和基地建设等方面分析了福建省农业产业化经营情况；也概括分析了海西区浙江、广东和江西省农业产业化的发展概况。 第四，提出了推进海峡西岸经济区农业产业化发展的对策，包括培育并完善农业市场、发展壮大龙头企业、加强政府宏观引导、调控职能、拓展农业产业链，加强海峡西岸经济区区域内的农业合作与联系以及加强与海峡东岸台湾省农业的合作与交流。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the establishment of socialistic market system, many disadvantages of rural household operation system and some contradictions in countryside have been revealed gradually in china, in order to solve these problems, there should be some innovations of organizations and institutions in agriculture objectively, thus, it was developed of agricultural industrialization. Several aspects were discussed in this paper from economic zone on the west coast of the Taiwan Straits.First, they were reviewed about the studies of agricultural industrialization both in China and aboard. They were summarized about the concept, features, organized forms of the agricultural industrialization of different opinions of scholars. The experiences were introduced about the agricultural industrialization in developed countries to China too.Second, the theories which were related to the birth and development of agricultural industrialization were introduced. The related theories about its birth are organization innovation and institution changes; benefits from large scale; exchange fee and so on. The theories about its development are industrial organization, industrial relations, industrial constructions and industrial cluster which belong to the industry economics, region cooperation economics. The theories are effective to the agricultural industrialization, especially in the economic zone on the west coast of the Taiwan Straits.Third, the agricultural industrialization were analyzed in the economic zone on the west coast of the Taiwan Straits in parts of agricultural structures, leading industry, distribution, leading enterprises, construction of market and agricultural foundations both in Fujian and other provinces in the economic zone on the west coast of the Taiwan Straits.Last, some measures were submitted to promote the development of agricultural industrialization in the economic zone on the west coast of the Taiwan Straits, which include fostering agricultural market, enhancing the function of government, developing the leading enterprises, expanding the chains of agriculture and enhancing the cooperation between the economic zone on the west coast of the Taiwan Straits or with Taiwan Province.更多还原
