【摘要】 森林旅游区是主要的度假或休闲旅游区之一，目前，国内学者对森林旅游区的研究主要集中在森林公园规划、森林旅游产品开发、森林旅游市场营销、形象策划、森林旅游人才培养、森林公园管理体制等，而对森林旅游住宿设施深入研究相对很少，研究的方法也比较单一化。为此，本中以文献综述法、分类研究法、实例研究法为主要的研究方法进行论述。以国内外森林旅游住宿设施研究现状综述为出发点，并以森林旅游住宿设施相关概念入手，对森林旅游住宿设施进行分类，在结合森林旅游住宿设施发展现状的前提下，构建森林旅游住宿设施研究的内容体系，其基本内容包括：森林旅游住宿设施发展的综合条件分析、旅游者对森林旅游住宿设施的偏好与满意度分析、森林旅游住宿设施产品与客源定位、森林旅游住宿设施经营与管理定位、森林旅游住宿设施发展战略研究、森林旅游住宿设施发展模式研究、森林旅游住宿设施发展的综合效益研究等。在此基础上，以分类法为前提，由于篇幅所限，文中重点深度论述森林旅游住宿设施发展综合效益评价体系研究，其主要内容有森林旅游住宿设施综合效益的界定、综合效益评价前提与条件、评价主体的确定、评价指标体系的确定与分类、评价原则与方法的确定、评价结果分析等内容。本研究的主要结论是在国内首次提出对森林旅游住宿设施的研究、对森林旅游住宿设施研究内容体系构建的尝试、对森林旅游住宿设施综合效益进行分类评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 The forest tourist zone is main one of the tourist zones for holidays, at present, the domestic scholar’s study on forest tourist zone mainly in the forest park to plan , forest tourism product development , forest tourism marketing , image plan , forest tour personnel training , forest park management system , etc. And further investigation of the forest lodging facilities in tourist zone is relatively less, the method to study is relatively simplified. For this reason, The main means of this study includes literature summarizing and classify study and example study. start with the relevant concepts of lodging facilities of forest tour in the article, classify the lodging facilities of forest tourism, on the premise of combining current situation of the development of forest tour in our country , construct the content system studied in lodging facilities development of forest tourism, Its basic content includes: comprehensive condition analysis of travel lodging facilities development of forest, tourists analyze to partiality and satisfaction of the lodging facilities of forest tourism, lodging facilities products and travelers reservation of forest tourism, the lodging facilities of forest tourism are managed and oriented with management, research in lodging facilities development strategic of forest tourism , research in lodging facilities development model of forest tourism , comprehensive benefit of lodging facilities development of forest tourism. On this basis, regarding classification as the prerequisite , the focal point expounds the fact deeply in the article that evaluates the system to study in comprehensive benefit of lodging facilities development of forest tourism. Its main content has definition of the comprehensive benefit of lodging facilities of forest tourism, the prerequisite and condition in comprehensive benefit evaluation, determination of evaluation subject, determination and classification of evaluation index system , evaluation principle and determination , the analysis of evaluation result. The main conclusions of this article are put forward the study of lodging facilities of forest tourism for the first time, constructing content the system on lodging facilities of forest tourism, classifying evaluation on the comprehensive benefit of lodging facilities of forest tourism.更多还原
