【摘要】 目前，在日常生活中随处可见巡更人员对特定的区域、楼宇、设备和货物进行定期或不定期的安全巡查管理。一般的巡查管理制度既难核实路线、时间，又难避免补签或一次多签等等作弊行为，一旦出现问题，管理层很难判明责任。针对这一情况，本文中论述了可真实记录巡更员执行任务时的真实情况的电子巡更系统。电子巡更是对人工巡更过程进行监督的十分有效的方法。 本文论述的电子巡更系统是一种采用非接触式IC卡技术，可利用电话线传输数据，而且巡更仪本身具有汉字显示功能，可用并行接口连接打印机完成打印功能的电子巡更系统。它具有免接触、保密性好、自动拨号等特点。 本系统因为读信息扭不需要接触，可在脏、潮、冷、热等恶劣环境下工作，也避免了信息钮被破坏的问题。本系统中使用的MF RC500非接触式IC卡读写器具有对密钥进行三次认证的功能，保密性好。 因为本系统有可利用电话线传输数据的功能，可及时把巡更信息传输到控制中心，不用每天到控制中心汇总信息。 有的小型企业，只需要一两个巡更仪就可完成巡更任务，为了节省开销不想再买PC机。但是巡更仪的存储容量是有限的，一段时间以前的巡更信息就无法保存。针对这种情况，本系统通过并行接口把通用打印机接到巡更仪上，实现了巡更仪本身可独立打印的功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the patrolman, who goes on a tour of inspection termly or aperiodically to special district, a storied buildings, equipments and goods, can be seen everywhere in daily life. However, the institutionalism of patrol manage is hard to verify path, time and avoid the cogged action as redeem or repetitious sign. Once the question appears, the managers can’t distinguish the duty. Based on the case, the true case of the electronic patrol system when the patrolman executes the work is discussed in this dissertation. The electronic patrol is more efficient measure to supervise the process of patrol.The electronic patrol system adopts the technology of contactless IC card and uses telephone line to transmit data. And the electronic patrol instrument itself has the function of showing and printing via parallel interface. Meanwhile, it has the characteristic of contactless, keeping secrets, auto-dial and so on.Because reading button does not need contacting, the system can work in dirty, wet, cold, hot and other severe environment. And it can avoid destroying the information button. In this system, the reader of MF RC500 contactless IC card has the function of authenticating the secret code three times and the ability of keeping secrets.The system has the function of using telephone line to transmit data, so it can transmit the patrol information to the control center in time and doesn’t need report the case to the control center every day.However, some miniature corporations need one or two patrol instruments to finish the task in order to don’t buy PC for saving spending. But the memory capability of patrol system is limited. After a period time, the information of the past cannot be saved.
