抗生素及其替代品饲喂的肉鸡中微量元素及亚硝酸盐含量比较研究

【摘要】 为了观察蜂胶和芦荟粉作为金霉素(抗生素)替代品添加于鸡日粮中,对于鸡吸收必需微量元素有无显著性影响,有毒微量元素含量是否超标,以三组配方饲喂的600只AA肉用仔鸡为试材,对其7种微量元素和亚硝酸盐含量进行了随机测定,并用方差分析法对实验结果进行了分析。三组肉鸡中微量元素(铅除外)、亚硝酸盐含量均低于我国无公害畜禽肉安全要求(2001)中规定的最高限量,并且组间无显著性差异(铅除外);试一组(蜂胶组)铅含量显著高于国标和其他两组(平均值为0.208mg/kg,国标为0.1mg/kg)。蜂胶和芦荟粉作为金霉素替代品添加于鸡日粮时,对于鸡吸收饲料微量元素无显著性影响,但蜂胶组铅含量显著偏离,从化学角度来讲,蜂胶不适宜作为金霉素替代品添加于鸡日粮中。

【Abstract】 To explore trace element and nitrite contents in chicken by breeding propolis, aloe and chlorotetracycline, respectively, we carried out this investigation. 600 broilers treated with three groups of composition were studied. The contents of 7 trace elements and nitrite were determined randomly, and carried out analysis of variance for the results. The contents of trace element (except Lead) and nitrite in three groups of chicken were all lower than the maximum limitation in livestock and poultry for meat in China (GB2001).The difference among three groups of chicken was not remarkable in statistics with one-way ANOVA (except lead). The lead contents within chicken fed with propolis were higher remarkably than that of other two groups ( mean: 0.208 mg/kg , GB:0.1 mg/kg). After using propolis and aloe as a substitute for chlorotetracycline, the contents of trace elements within chicken fed with propolis, aloe and chlorotetracycline have not remarkable difference. The Lead content within chicken fed with propolis had a very higher level of Lead. The propolis is not fit for replacing chlorotetracycline.
