【摘要】 版权贸易在发达国家已经成为重要的产业部门,是新的经济增长点,我国版权产业也正在大踏步前进,据不完全统计,2003年我国相关版权产业产值约占全国GDP的6%。在强劲的发展态势背后却隐藏着许多深层次的问题,本文通过分析近十年(1995～2004年)的版权贸易数据,包括数量、地域、品种,归纳出我国版权贸易存在的主要问题,这些问题归根结底是缺乏成熟的理念和规范,以及在道德上失范。辩证唯物主义认为,意识对物质具有反作用,正确的认识能对实践活动产生积极的指导作用,因此要树立均衡发展、发展代理制和完善法律机制等一系列可持续发展的理念以指导版权贸易活动。没有规矩,不成方圆,人们在实践过程中必须遵从一定的规范,尊重事物发展的客观规律,才能促进其良性发展,否则会起阻碍作用。在版权贸易实践中,流程规范和道德规范是推动版权贸易顺利前行的两大车轮。版权贸易活动必须要遵循图书制作和贸易往来中各个环节的规范要求,坚持以质量为本,恪守诚信,并在此基础上充分发挥创新能力,从而使我国在版权引进上能有更多精品,在版权输出上能打开新的局面。在市场经济和出版社企业制改革的大背景下,行业道德规范的缺失已经愈来愈严重,有些出版人的视线被金钱所蒙蔽,他们把传承人类文明的图书当作了赚钱的机器,炮制出大量伪书、注水书,造成恶劣社会影响。这些书中有不少与版权引进相关,因此,目前无论是整个出版行业还是版权贸易领域都亟需道德规范的重建。更多还原

【Abstract】 Copyright trade, a new economic boost in developed countries, has become a very important industry there. In China, copyright trade has also rapidly grown, and according to the incomplete statistics, the production value of copyrights industry has accounted for 6% of China’s GDP in 2003. But behind the booming market, many deep-layer problems have hidden. This dissertation reveals the main problems in China’s copyright trade through an analysis of recent 10 years’trade figures (1995~2004), including amount, areas and varieties. The ultimate reason for these problems is a lack of mature conceptions, disciplines and moralities.Marxism deems that correct conceptions can help and promote the practice, and mankind should esteem the objective principles, so we must build up a series of continuable-development conceptions. At the same time, we must follow all the rules in trading and book-making process, because they are the essential power to push the development of copyright industry. And based on all above, we shall try our best to have an innovation in varieties and areas both in import and export of copyright trade.The marketing economy and reformation have deteriorated the lack of moralities among the industry. Some publishers have turned books into a money-making machine and have made many fake books, which exerts a bad effect on the society.
