【摘要】 新形势下高校大学生德育工作面临着新的机遇和挑战,国际、国内及高校出现的新情况、新矛盾、新问题,对高校德育工作提出了新挑战、新要求和新任务。面对新形势和新任务,高校德育工作表现出一些不适应的方面,存在着一些薄弱的环节,其中道德教育方法方面存在的问题,已经成为影响高校德育工作实际效果的瓶颈问题。孔子的德育思想中包含着丰富的有关道德教育方法的论述。本文从孔子道德教育方法确立的基础和依据入手进行研究,认为孔子的道德教育方法是以“学为君子”的德育目标为根本立足点,以“仁”和“礼”为核心的德育内容体系为基础,以“德育过程论”的具体实践为依据而形成的。在此基础上,本文对其道德教育的基本方法、一般方法和特殊方法三个方法系列进行了梳理。从研究中得出,孔子道德教育方法中所蕴含的育人理念、所遵循的德育规律对于当代大学生的道德教育有着重要的借鉴价值;而我们在孔子的道德教育方法的基础上,进行德育工作方法论的创新和改革,以适应当代大学生道德教育的新要求,对于进一步增强高校德育工作的有效性也是大有裨益的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The work of college moral education faced new chance and challenge on the new situation, put forward some new challenges,new requires and new jobs. Some aspects of the work of moral education are not adaptive to the new situation; especially some problems appeared in the methods of college moral education.Confucius thoughts of moral education contain comprehensive states of methods of moral education. Confucius’s own moral education methods shaped based on the target for a gentleman and a moral category system with the kernel of“benevolence”. And Confucius methods of moral education divide basic methods conventional methods and special methods.Arrival at a conclusion, Confucius idea and the rule of moral education and methods of moral education for the further strengthening and improvement of education in the ideological education of our colleges and universities to enhance the effectiveness of moral education are helpful.更多还原
