造纸机烘干部的参数化设计系统

【摘要】 造纸业是我国较发达的一个产业链,但由于制造业设备更新速度较为缓慢,而造纸设备体积尤为庞大,使其研制开发受到了时间、人力、物力等的限制。所以本系统所研究的对象就是造纸机的参数化设计系统,使用户可以方便地重建模型,并可以在遵循原设计意图的情况下方便地改动模型,生成系列产品,大大提高了生产效率,缩短产品生命周期。 而烘干部是造纸机中最重的一部分。其重量约为全机的60%,造价约占50%。造纸生产中用在烘干上的费用却占成本的5~15%(主要是蒸汽费用)。所以对烘干部进行有效的优化设计,将对于提高效率,降低费用,起到很大的作用。 本文是在掌握造纸机烘干部工作原理的基础上利用Visual C++进行总工艺参数计算。利用UG专业绘图软件,建立了烘缸装配体的参数化模板,精确输出烘缸中各个系列零件的三维模型和二维工程图。在二维工程图方面,系统率先引用了基于尺寸参数化定位的方法。该系统以UG软件为平台,设立了比较友好的系统界面。该软件绘制出的烘缸的三维实体为其后继的有限元分析以及数控加工打下了基础。 本文通过一些烘干部工艺参数的计算程序及烘缸装配体的参数化建模,实现了对造纸机设备的一部分参数化建模,大大缩短了烘干部的设计周期,降低了造纸机的研制成本,这对造纸设备的研制有积极帮助的作用。

【Abstract】 The industry of paper is a popular manufacture chain in our country. But cause the speed of the mechanical equipment updating is slow, especially about the very huge Paper machine, the research is limited by the time, manpower and the recourses. Therefore the direction of this system is the parameterization design of Paper machine, which makes user so convenient to make model. With it user can easily do some change to the model with their design idea. It can produce several series output, greatly enhanced the manufacture efficiency.As the biggest and heaviest part of Paper machine, the weight of drying part is 60% of all. And the price will be 50%. But the consumption is only 5~15% of all, mainly for the steam expense. So do some effective action will be useful for the improving efficiency and reduce the expense.So that, with deeply comprehend of drying part of Paper machine, the system used Visual C++ for the calculation of general techniques data. And uses UG specialized software realizes the components of drying part parameter modeling, and makes design review. As for the drafting part, the system uses of measurement parameterization beyond all of other parameterization design. On the base of UG, the system has set a friendly face for the user. It can produce the series of components semi-model and print the drafting. With these semi-modeling basements, we can do the work of FEM and CAM for Digital Control machine tool.With the completely general calculation of drying part, and parameterization modeling, the period of design will be greatly reduced. So the research cost is. That will be great helpful for research and development of the Paper Machine.
