【摘要】 技术的发展给人类带来经济增长的同时，人类面临自然危机和不可持续的危险。人类提出了可持续发展战略。同时受到生态学的提醒，探索到了技术发展的新途径。工业生态学以工业如何模仿生态系统为课题展开研究，为生态工业园的形成提供了技术理论支持。从可持续发展的提出到工业生态学形成了生态工业园的背景及其科技基础。 生态工业园本身是建立在以技术为依托的工业园区基础上，区别于其他生态工业园的最根本特征就是生态工业园区是依据工业生态学的原理进行生产。从技术特征角度应当将生态工业园定义为，以工业生态学为其理论基础，以技术链为依托，单位企业在遵循“工业代谢理论”的新“技术轨迹”进行生产，整个园区完成技术创新整合过程目的是使技术链之间的技术融合，并以维持“物质流”顺畅为根本，形成的可持续生态共生体系。 其次，本文分析了现有生态工业园区别于普通工业园的一般特征是来源于生态工业园形成的基础——“技术链”，“技术链”由于是模仿生态系统中的“食物链”而形成的，这就需要生态工业园建设区别于普通工业园的基础设施以便于“技术链”的形成，这些基础设施给予生态工业园带来的技术上的特征，这里称之为生态工业园的技术特征。 最后，论文阐述了生态工业园的技术特征是源于“技术链”的特征，这是由于工业系统向生态系统学习的结果，工业系统应与生态系统的发展方向相似。生态系统的现实形态根据其“食物链”形成的成熟程度进行分析可以分为一、二、三级；那么工业系统的现实形态如果按照其“技术链”的成熟程度进行分析的话，也可以分为低级、中级和高级生态工业园。通过对“技术链”的成熟程度对现实的生态工业园加以分析，这样更可以看出现有生态工业园在建设过程中的主要障碍，同时利用“技术回归”的方法提出技术解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technical development results in the economic growth, but at the same time it involves human in the natural crisis and unsustainable danger. The humans have put forward the sustainable development strategy. Meanwhile, with the enlightenment of ecology, humans have explored a new approach for technical development. Focused on the research of how to imitate the ecosystem, the industrial ecology provides both technical and theoretic support for the formation of ecologic industrial park. The proposition of the sustainable development and industrial ecology forms the background and technological foundation of the ecologic industrial park.Ecological industrial park itself is established on those industrial parks which greatly rely on technology. It organizes production in accordance with the principle of the industrial ecology, which is the most distinguished characteristic from other industrial parks. From the perspective of technical characteristic, economical industrial park is given a definition as follows. Taking the industrial ecology as the rationale, and the technical chain as the support, industries and enterprises carry out production according to the new technical path of industrial metabolism theory. In order to complete the technical innovation and conformation process, the entire park area ensures the technical fusion among the technical chain, maintains the material stream smoothly, and forms the sustainable ecosystem.Then, this thesis analyses the general character differentiating the existing ecological industrial park from the ordinary ones---technical chain, the foundation of the ecological industrial park. Due to imitate the food chain in the ecosystem, the technical chain is created. As a result, the ecological industrial park should construct special infrastructure distinguished from the one in ordinary industrial parks. The characteristic brought about in the ecological industrial park by the special infrastructure is called the technical characteristic.At last, this thesis proposes that the technical characteristic in the ecological industrial park derives from the characteristic of the technical chain, which is attributed to the similarity of the development direction between the industrial system and the ecosystem.
