吸附法去除废水中抗坏血酸和古龙酸的试验研究

【摘要】 本文重点研究了用吸附法处理废水中抗坏血酸和古龙酸的试验条件和作用机理。吸附法作为一种重要的物理化学方法,因操作简单、效率高,尤其是可去除低浓度的污染物质,在废水处理中获得了较多的应用。吸附法成功应用的关键是选择适宜的吸附材料。试验中选用比表面积大、微孔丰富的海泡石和膨润土作为吸附剂。 影响废水中抗坏血酸和古龙酸吸附的因素主要是:吸附助剂(聚合氯化铝)、溶液初始pH值、吸附剂的用量、溶液初始浓度等。试验研究表明: (1) 吸附助剂与吸附剂联用,吸附效果明显优于单独使用吸附剂;吸附助剂用量的不同,抗坏血酸和古龙酸去除率呈规律性变化。 (2) 微波活化的膨润土吸附效果要好于膨润原土 (3) 吸附处理抗坏血酸时,当吸附时间6分钟,聚合氯化铝用量0.8g/L,海泡石用量15g/L,pH值5.5,抗坏血酸的去除率能达到最大,并且溶液浓度越低,去除率越高。 (4) 吸附处理古龙酸时,当海泡石用量15g/L,聚合氯化铝用量1g/L,pH值5,吸附时间5分钟,古龙酸的去除率就能达到最大,并且溶液初始浓度越低,去除效果就越好。 借助扫描电镜、X射线衍射、粒度分析等测试手段,对海泡石吸附古龙酸的吸附类型及机理进行分析研究得出:矿物材料与聚合氯化铝联用对抗坏血酸和古龙酸的吸附以静电吸附、表面吸附和孔道吸附为主;聚合氯化铝的使用不仅改变了表面电位而且起到了与吸附质分子缔合的作用。

【Abstract】 The adsorption and its mechanism of which VC and KGA in wastewater were adsorbed onto mineral materials such as sepiolite and bentonite are studied in this dissertation. As an important physic-chemical method, adsorption has already been used widely because it is simple and efficient; especially it is effective in treating wastewater containing low concentration pollutants. The key to adopt the adsorption method on treating wastewater is to choose the suitable adsorbents. In the experiments, sepiolite and bentonite with large superficial area and micro holes are chosen as absorbents.The main factors affecting VC and KGA absorption onto sepiolite and bentonite are: the adsorbent-aid, initial pH, the dosage of adsorbent, the initial concentration adsorbate, and so on. The following conclusions can be obtained.(1) When adsorbent and adsorbent-aid use at the same time, the adsorbing effect is better than that without adsorbent-aid. The removal rate of VC and KGA is varied when the dosage of adsorbent-aid is changed;(2) The adsorbing effect of bentonite activated by microwave is better than that of original bentonite;(3) When VC is adsorbed by adsorbents, the effect is better at the condition of 6 min, pH5.5, PAC0.8g/L, sepiolitel5g/L; the lower the initial concentration of adsorbate is, the better the adsorbing effect;(4) When KGA is adsorbed by adsorbents, ,the effect is better at the condition of sepiolite 15g/L, PAC0.8g/L, pH5, 5min;The better the effect, the lower the initial concentration .According to results of SEM, X ray diffraction analysis, and granularity analysis, the mechanisms are studied. When mineral materials and adsorbent-aid are used to adsorb VC and KGA, there exist electrostatic adsorption, superficial adsorption and microhole adsorption in the process. The using of adsorbent-aid not only changed the superficial voltage but also conjugated adsorbate.
