【摘要】 随着城市的现代化发展以及人民生活水平的提高，我国的畜牧业尤其是养猪业取得了巨大的发展，规模化养猪场越来越多，极大的满足了人民群众对肉类食品的需求。但同时，规模化养猪场对周围环境造成的污染也日益严峻，并且随着人们环保意识的增强，此问题越发显得突出，因此寻找一条适合我国国情的养猪业清洁生产途径，选择可行的污染防治技术，实现生态和环境的可持续发展已成为当务之急。 阐述了国内外养猪业发展现状及发展趋势，以及养猪业环境污染状况和存在问题。同时，介绍了国内外养猪业污染治理方法，并结合沈阳市的实际情况，以某万头猪场为例，建立合适的养猪场清洁生产模式，通过采用科学合理的饲料配方、先进的清粪工艺和管理技术，从生产工艺上对污染进行控制。在此基础上结合末端治理办法，选择了先进可行的污染治理技术，对粪便进行资源利用生产有机肥，将污水厌氧发酵产生沼气，作为能源加以利用用于生产或生活，既解决了环境问题，又一定程度上缓解能源短缺问题，实现环境效益、经济效益和社会效益的统一。最后，提出管理部门应对养猪业进行宏观规划管理，优化养猪场生产工艺及布局，制定相应的畜牧养殖业污染防治的有关规定等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Stock raising has made great development in our country especially industrialized piggery , with the modernized development in urban and the improvement of living standard. There are more and more piggery in scale to meet the needs of the people’s everyday life Moreover, the environment pollution resulted by piggery in scale is becoming increasingly urgent, and the problem is more protruding with the rise of people’s environmental consciousness. In order to realize the sustainable development between environment and ecology, it is essential that we must find a suitable approach of cleaner production and a feasible pollution prevention technique on industrialized piggeryIn this paper ,it expounded the prevent situation and development trend of industrialized piggery domestic and overseas, environmental pollution status and existent problem of industrialized piggery also Meanwhile the pollution treatment ways of industrialized piggery home and abroad were introduced Combining with the actual situation in Shenyang , it set an living example of piggery which has ten thousand pigs. In the piggery the cleaner production model was buildcd up. The pollution was controlled by production process ,such as taking reasonable pig feeds ,advanced clearing feces process and management . etc Furthermore . it selected the feasible pollution treatment technique that made use of feces to product organic fertilizer and sewage treatment by anaerobic fermentation It not only soiv(?). the environmental problem but also alleviated the short of energy in rural area It realized the united benefit with environment, economy and society Finally, it opposed that macro-program of industrialized piggery, favorable production process and lay(?), corresponding regulars of stock raising were managed by management department.更多还原
