【摘要】 随着经济的飞速发展，一体化程度加深，企业生存环境的变化越来越快。为了在激烈的竞争中保持优势，越来越多的企业选择采用全部或部分外包非核心业务的策略，以便用更低的成本获取更好的技术，集中精力发展自己的核心能力。国外研究有关外包已有相当长的时间，而我国有关外包的研究还处于起步阶段。 从资源外包的角度看，企业的某项业务可以选择三种经营方式：外包、接包和自给。本文将影响企业外包的因素细化为固定资产投入、要素价格及其交易效率、中间产品的价格及其交易效率和财务状况等因素，并基于迂回生产函数建立外包决策模型，利用超边际分析的方法分析了这些影响企业外包决策的因素的变动与外包决策的关系。 本文在跨国公司业务转移的两种主要方式，离岸外包和FDI，之间建立了联系，并在一个4×3×2的模型框架下(四类国家：后工业化国家、工业化国家、二元经济国家和农业国；三类业务：劳动密集型制造业务、资本密集型制造业务和现代服务型业务；两种方式：离岸外包和FDI)，试图解释跨国公司转移业务的区位选择、产业选择和方式选择问题。并采用动态的观点，解释外包的迁移趋势，包括产业迁移趋势和区位迁移趋势。 最后，在4×3×2的模型框架下，依据前面的结论，进一步演绎了企业间分工，跨国公司业务转移，产业升级，经济发展和产业价值链分布之间的关系。演绎的结果显示，产业价值链分布的变化呈现明显的规律性，本文称之为：产业全球价值链分布的变化规律。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development at full speed of economy and the economic integration degree strengthened further, the change of enterprise’s living environment is faster and faster. In order to keep the advantage in keen competition, to obtain better technology with lower cost, and to concentrate energy to develop one’s own core capability, more and more enterprises choose to adopt the tactics of all or part outsourcing of the non-core business. The study of outsourcing has been already for quite a long time in foreign, but the study is at the starting stage in China.In terms of resource outsourcing, the operation modes of business can be divided into three types: outsourcing, contracting for supply and insourcing. This paper elaborates the factors affecting outsourcing in detail, such factors as fixed assets input, the price and trade efficiency of production factor, the price and trade efficiency of intermediate goods. This paper establishes an outsourcing decision-making model based on roundabout production function, and analyzes the relation between those factors influence outsourcing decision-making and outsourcing decision-making by the infra-marginal analysis ways.This paper makes a connection between offshore outsourcing and FDI which are two main modes of business transfer for MNE, and attempts to give the answer to the location selection, the product selection and the modes selection of MNE’s business transfer under a model frame of 4 × 3 × 2 ( four kinds of country: Post-industrialization country, industrialization country, dual economy country and agriculture country; three kinds of business: labor-intensive manufacturing operations, capital-intensive manufacturing operations and modern service type operations; two kinds of modes: offshore outsourcing and FDI). Adopting the dynamic view, explain the migration trend of outsourcing, including the trend of the industry moves and position moves.Finally, under the model frame of 4 × 3 × 2, according to the preceding conclusion, this paper has deduced the relationship among division of labor among enterprises, MNE’s business transfer, industry upgrading, economic development and industry’s更多还原
