铜/铝复合板轧制工艺与理论研究

【摘要】 目前的家用电器、各种机械、输送机和日用品领域内,以节能、节省资源等为出发点,不断向制品轻量化、经济化、高性能化发展。因此,对基础材料的要求也随之多样化、高级化,原有的铝或铜等单一材料己经不能与此相适应,客观上迫切需求能有大幅度超过上述材料特性和功能的新材料问世。而铜/铝复合材料不仅具有铜的导电、导热率高、易钎焊、接触电阻低和外表美观等优点,也具有铝的质轻、经济等优点。采用固相复合技术生产的铜/铝复合板,还具有结合面过渡电阻和热阻抗低、耐蚀、耐用、延展性和成型性好等综合性能,可广泛用于电子、电器、电力、冶金设备、机械、汽车、能源和生活用具等各个领域。 在查阅相关文献的基础上,本文对铜/铝复合材料的各种生产方法及其应用进行了综述。目前铜/铝复合板轧制复合技术存在轧制压下率大、复合强度不高、不能直接热轧等问题。针对上述问题,论文通过气氛保护实现了铜/铝复合板的热轧复合,研究了铜/铝复合板的冷轧复合和热轧复合,研究了不同的表面处理方法、冷轧复合和热轧复合工艺参数对界面结合质量的影响。 针对铜表面容易形成氧化膜而难以和铝进行轧制复合的问题,研究了在铜表面镀金属和铝轧制复合工艺,发现在铜表面镀金属Zn能和铝进行直接热轧复合,并且复合板结合强度高于冷轧状态;镀层金属Zn在复合界面上呈脆性断裂,随着压下率的提高,脆性断裂程度越明显,从而验证了裂口机制在铜/铝轧制复合中的重要作用。 研究了扩散退火对铜/铝轧制复合板的成型性能及界面结合强度的影响。实验结果发现扩散退火不能提高铜/铝轧制复合板的结合强度,讨论了退火强化现象没有出现的原因。在提高材料成型性能(弯曲性能)的要求下,铜/铝轧制复合板适合选择高温、短时退火制度,以580℃~625℃,10min以内为宜。 通过气氛保护热轧和对铜表面镀金属轧制的实验结果,研究分析了铜/铝轧制复合的结合机理。在铜/铝复合轧制实验中,裂口机制和嵌合机制均起重要作用,是导致复合板结合强度高的主要原因。通过对铜/铝轧制复合板退火工艺的研究发现,扩散退火并不能使铜/铝复合界面通过原子扩散形成完全冶金结合,随着退火温度的升高,会形成严重降低复合板结合强度的金属间化合物,导致复合板界面结合丧失。

【Abstract】 Within the domain of the family products, multifarious machines, transports and commodities, from the viewpoint of the saving energy and resource, the developing direction is reducing the weight of production and improving of capability and function. Therefore, it has more need to basis materials’ function such as aluminum and copper etc. Which is composed of one single material can’t meet people’s need any more. It’s urgent for the new materials which possess some special abilities and functions. And Cu/Al compound material not only have the advantage of Cu such as good conducting electricity, high transmitting heat rate, low electric resistance and beautiful appearance, but also have the advantage of Al such as light weight and economy etc. The Cu/Al clad sheet still have the capability such as low electric resistance of the interface, bearing the eclipse, enduring, good ductility and molding etc. It can be widely used with every realm, such as electric appliances, electric power, metallurgy equipments, machine, automobile, tools and so on.On the base of studying extensive documents, this paper has clarified the application of Cu/Al composite material and its manufacturing methods. Nowadays, there are the problems of the big rolling reduction ratio and low bonding strength in Cu/Al roll cladding. Besides, Cu/Al roll cladding is not fit for hot rolling. Aiming at those problems, the Cu/Al/Cu composite material was produced by control atmosphere hot-rolling cladding and cold-rolling cladding. The effect to the bonding strength of the interface was studied by different techniques of roll cladding and methods of the surface treatment.In this paper the bonding sheets of Cu/Al/Cu were produced by hot rolling. In order to increase the bond strength of the clad sheets, improve the capability of re-machining and growth of intermetallic compound (IMC) at the interface, the techniques and method of rolling, the method of the surface preparation, heat-treated and the mechanisms of bonding were investigated.Based on the difficulty in compounding Cu and Al by rolling due to the oxidation at the surface of Cu, the technique of compounding Cu and Al with plating by rolling was investigated.
