【摘要】 基于国情以及社会发展的现状，我国提出了建设节约型社会。建设节约型社会是落实科学发展观的内在需要，将促进我国进入以人为本的和谐社会。而目前在中国城市化快速发展的过程中，一些城市的规模不能得到有效控制，城市空间布局不能得到有机疏散，造成城市“摊大饼”式发展，这些城市空间增长的现状与建设节约型社会是不相符的。如何使城市空间增长既能满足城市化进程的需要，又能最大限度的节约土地，节省空间，是今后城市发展面临的巨大挑战。本文在国家大力倡导建设节约型社会的大背景下，以南京市为例，对其今后城市空间增长问题进行研究。 首先，论文在系统总结国内外关于城市空间增长研究的基础上，探讨了论文的技术路线、论文框架、研究意义、相关理论基础等。在对节约型社会和城市空间增长内涵的进行了深入分析的同时，进一步辨析了建设节约型社会对城市空间增长产生的影响。 其次，以南京市为例，回顾了南京市城市空间增长的历史演变过程。分别从水平空间和垂直空间两方面着手，分析其城市空间增长的现状与特征，并总结出目前南京城市空间增长与建设节约型社会不相符合的问题。 第三，根据南京城市空间增长的发展基础，探讨了在建设节约型社会的过程中，南京城市空间增长所要遵循的新原则和所要达到的新目标。从水平空间和垂直空间两个角度来探讨南京市城市空间增长模式，认为今后南京应该采取集约型、间隙式、立体化的空间增长模式，以适应国家建设节约型社会的要求。最后对提出的模式做了相应的可行性分析。 第四，结合上述分析，为了今后使南京城市空间增长顺应建设节约型社会的时代要求，实现城市的可持续增长，文章提出了有一定针对性的对策和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Basing on the current social development and condition of China, CPC propose to construct the Economical Society. Constructing the Economical Society is the inner request of implementing Scientific Development. At present, during the development of rapid urbanization in China, the scale and spatial lay-out of some cities cannot be controlled effectively. In some areas, the development status of cities is not inconformity with the Economical Society. So, people face the big challenge that how to control the urban spatial development, which will not only satisfy the need of the urbanization, but also will save land effectively. In constructing the Economical Society, this paper, taking Nanjing city as an example, researches on the urban space expansion. The author discusses the following issues:At first, the author scientifically studies abroad and domestic urban space expansion developing state and reviews its history in the world, summarizes its developing disciplinarian. Following that, the paper studies the theory foundation of urban space expansion, and analyzes the theory basis of the economical society. At last, the content is about the affect to the urban space expansion during constructing the Economical Society.Secondly, as a case of Nanjing city, the paper introduces the historical evolution of the urban space expansion. At the same time, the author analyzes the present situation and characteristic of the urban horizontal space expansion and the urban vertical space expansion. And then, the author sums up the problems of the space expansion in Nanjing city.Thirdly, basing on the space expansion in Nanjing city, the author analyzes the new requests and principles in the later urban development. Then the paper gives the space expansion model: intensivism、intermittence and Three-dimension. At last, the author discusses the feasibility analysis of the model given above.Lastly, the author puts forward some practical measures about the space expansion in Nanjing city in order to accelerate the Sustainable Developments of Nanjing city. In conclusion, the paper points out the disadvantages in this dissertation.更多还原
