校长个性与学校特色

【摘要】 校长个性与学校特色的相关性是校长(学)研究的课题之一。学校创办特色，一方面是学校自身生存和发展的需要，另一方面它是推进素质教育、促进学生全面发展和个性健康成长的需要。校长个性是一种学校领导和管理的职业个性，也是一种客观存在的心理特征。校长个性对学校特色的影响，主要表现为校长个性结构中独特的办学思想、管理风格、人格魅力、公关能力对学校特色的影响。校长个性中的共同性也与学校特色有一定的相关性。为促进学校特色的形成，校长要加强学习，不断地发展与提高自己，自觉克服个性素质中的备种缺陷，健全自己的个性；教育行政部门要加强对校长的培训，注意提升校长的个性品质与技能；教育行政部门要用好校长，这是办出学校特色的基石。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research on the relationship between the headmaster’s character and features of a school is one of the components of headmaster study. The purpose of any school to create features is, on the one hand, for survival and development and, on the other, to meet the demands put forward by the education for all-around development, which aims at promoting the student’s integrated development and ensuring the healthy growth of their personality. The headmaster’s character is a kind of professional personality embodied in the management and administration; it is also an objective psychological feature. The impact of headmaster’s character on the features of a school is manifested in the headmaster’s ideas for running the school, his management style, personal charm, and the ability to deal with public affairs. To promote the formation of a school’s feature, the headmaster is supposed to study hard, constantly improving the capability, consciously overcoming the various shortcomings imbedded in the personality. While taking upgrading the headmaster’s skills into consideration, the mission of the administrative departments of education is to reinforce the training program designed for cultivating outstanding headmasters. The administrative departments of education are also expected to select the right headmaster for the right purpose, which is the cornerstone for the feature-creating undertaking of any school.更多还原
