普采工作面坚硬顶板控制及其研究

【摘要】 论文通过现场调研、勘察、取样、岩石力学试验,建立数学模型、理论分析以及现场实测数据分析等方法,主要研究了普采工作面坚硬顶板条件下采场围岩特性、支架一围岩关系、合理支护方式、强制放顶的合理方式等问题。研究认为: 1)支护强度的增大会减小顶板的下沉量,但不能限制顶板的最终下沉量。由于坚硬顶板本身就承受相当大的应力,若要通过支架的支撑力限制顶板的下沉,所需的强度和刚度是支柱所不能达到的。 2)顶板断裂岩块在回转下沉过程中,对支架产生指向煤壁的水平作用力,使支架在承受垂直冲击载荷的同时,也承受较大的水平冲击式推力,这种推力对支架的稳定性和强度是不利的。 3)若要合理有效地控制好坚硬顶板,工作面必须采取更加合理有效的支护方式,以保证工作面有足够的支护强度并且使坚硬直接顶更易破断。 4)支护方式的不同对工作面的矿压显现有着非常大的影响。在加强了切顶排的支护强度后,顶板岩层内最大拉应力点位置更加靠近切顶排支柱的采空区边缘,以使坚硬顶板更趋向于在切顶排支柱后面冒落;拉应力最大值的增加使坚硬直接顶更容易被拉断,降低了对工作面支护强度的要求。 5)对切顶排支柱加大支护强度可以有效的降低坚硬顶板的下沉量,使顶板受到的拉应力峰值位置向采空区方向靠近,达到极限强度后可以使坚硬顶板从切项排处断裂。

【Abstract】 The article passes site of investigation,reconnaissance,sampling,rock of mechanical assay, establish mathematical model,theory analyse and site actual measurement record analyses methods as well,mainly to study the characteristics of surrounding rock, relations between support and surrounding rock, reasonable support pattern, reasonable methods and parameters of overhead caving in working faces of strong roof.The main study results of this Paper include several accepts below:1) Relations between support and surrounding rock in working face of strong roof.Enlarging support will reduce the sub fubsidence of roof,but it can’t limit the ultimately subsidence of roof.Due to rigid roof can bear a lot of stresses,if it want to through the holding power of bearer to limit the subsidence of roof,it lack of enough strength and stiffness.2) It is harmful that in the roof break roof rotating and subsidence,to bearer,it create level acting force pointing to coal wall and bear lots of impulse type push with bearing vertical loading weight.3 ) If it want to control rigid roof reasonable and effective,work face must adopt most reasonable and effective support method to make sure that work face
