含高盐份泥岩夹层的盐岩蠕变特性及油气储库稳定性研究

【摘要】 我国盐岩矿床地质结构的典型特征决定,在我国建造盐岩矿床地下能源储备库和核废料处置库,采用水平硐室或垂直硐室都会受到高盐份泥岩夹层的影响,因此,含高盐份泥岩夹层的盐岩的力学特性研究就成为硐室稳定性的关键问题所在。 本文以含高盐份泥岩夹层的盐岩蠕变特性及油气储库稳定性研究作为研究课题。应用实验研究、理论分析以及数值模拟的方法,对高盐份泥岩夹层的盐岩的蠕变特性、流变机理、蠕变本构方程进行了系统研究。建立了盐岩矿床油气储库硐室稳定性分析理论,并对我国盐岩矿床油气储库硐室的弹塑性及粘弹塑性稳定性进行了数值模拟。 主要研究内容及结果如下: (1) 含高盐份泥岩夹层的盐岩蠕变特性实验研究。通过对湖北应城含高盐份泥岩夹层的盐岩在常温及高温下的蠕变特性实验研究,表明:含高盐份泥岩夹层的盐岩具有明显的时效特征,加载应力和温度对其蠕变特性具有重大影响,其蠕变来自两部分,一部分为盐岩本身蠕变,另一部分为高盐份泥岩夹层蠕变,两者变形不协调,互层之间产生剪应力,最终导致剪切破坏。 (2) 含高盐份泥岩夹层的盐岩的流变机理研究。由盐岩及含高盐份泥
【Abstract】 The typical characters of rock salt deposit geology structure in our country determine that building energy storage and nuclear waste disposal in rock salt deposit can be influenced by rock salt with salt-mudstone interlayer whether we adopt level underground chamber or plumb underground chamber.As a consequence, it is the key promble of storage cavern’s stability to research mechanics characteristics on rock salt with salt-mudstone interlayer.The topic of development in this text is study on creep property of rock salt with salt-mudstone interlayer and stability of oil and gas storage cavern. The systemic studies have been processed on creep property, rheology mechanism, creep constitutive equation of rock salt with salt-mudstone interlayer by experimental research, theoretics analysis and numerical simulation. The theory of stability on oil and gas storage cavern in rock salt deposit has been established and numerical simulation on elastic-plastic property and visco-elastic-plastic property have been carried out.These are the chief research contents and results. As follows(1) Experimental investigations on creep property of rock salt with salt-mudston-e interlayer.Through experimental investigations on creep property of rock salt with salt-mudstone interlayer in HUIBEI-yingcheng at normal temperature and high temperature, the research results show that rock salt with salt-mudstone interlayer has time-dependent effect.It is significantly influenced on the creep property by loading stress and temperature. The creep strains come from two parts. One part is the creep strain of salt rock itself and the other is the rock salt with salt-mudstone interlayer. Both of the deformation is out of line.
