无刷双馈电机及异步电动机的直接转矩控制系统转矩脉动最小化研究

【摘要】 直接转矩控制(Direct Torque Control,简称DTC)是一种高效的交流调速技术,具有优良的调速性能和快速性,但是存在着转矩脉动比较大的问题;如何有效地减小转矩脉动,成为国内外学者近年来致力解决的问题。无刷双馈电机(Brushless Doubly-Fed Machine,简称BDFM)是一种结构简单、坚固可靠、同异步通用的电机。无刷双馈电机和普通感应电机相比,可以大大降低变频器的容量;和普通的双馈电机相比,省去了电刷和滑环,提高了系统的可靠性,因此它特别适用于大容量交流变速传动系统和变速恒频恒压的风力、水力发电系统。研究该电机的控制方法,促使它尽快进入实用阶段具有重要意义。而将直接转矩控制技术用于无刷双馈电机的控制后,转矩脉动大这一问题更加突出。 本文针对直接转矩控制系统的转矩脉动问题,进行了深入地研究,主要分析研究了两种减小DTC系统转矩脉动的技术——模糊控制技术和离散电压矢量调制技术。本文首先分别介绍了模糊控制技术和离散电压调制技术的理论基础,深入研究了无刷双馈电机DTC系统的工作原理;在MATLAB环境下分别建立了无刷双馈电机的基于模糊和基于离散电压矢量调制的DTC仿真系统;最后与传统的无

【Abstract】 Direct torque control (short for DTC), is a high-efficiency control technology in the variable frequency adjustable speed field of ac motor drives. However, the torque pulsation becomes an important issue in direct torque control technology. In recent years, many scholarsat home and abroad apply themselies to reduce the torque pulsation in direct torque control technology. This control technology is famous for its preeminent performance and robustness. Brushless doubly-fed machine (short for BDFM) is a new kind of special machine in the electrical drive field. The different operating mode of BDFM can be modified by adjusting the frequency, amplitude value of the voltage in the stator control winding. Compared with induction motor, the BDFM can reduce the rating of the inverter; compared with double fed induction machine, the BDFM can enhance the system reliability and leave out the slip ring and the brush.
