政治课堂教学应树立“以学生发展为本”的理念

【摘要】 教学要成为学生全面发展的基本途径，关键在于坚持以学生发展为本。但当前课堂教学中“以学生发展为本”的理念并未得到真正理解和落实，主要表现为：传统的师道尊严式的师生关系顽强存在、重知识传授轻能力培养的现象仍未消除、课堂教学“重形式”、“搞花架子”、把考试成绩作为衡量学生学习好坏的唯一根据等。这些现象的产生，主要是因为政治教师观念中存在误区、知识本位的教学观依然盛行、重视“教”法的改进，忽视“学”法的优化、评价机制不到位等。针对上述现象，可采取以下对策：(一)转变教师观念，树立“以学生发展为本”的新理念；(二)优化课堂教学过程，激发学生的参与热情和思维欲望；(三)优化学生的学习方式，培养学生的创新能力和实践精神；(四)落实发展性的课堂教学评价，使评价成为促进学生发展的有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 If teaching becomes the basic approach to students’ full developments, the crucial point is that teachers should persist in teaching based on the students’ development. However, nowadays, in reality, the idea, "teaching based on the students’ development" has not been truly understood and put into practice.The following are the main problems to us:· The traditional relationship between students and teachers (teachers’ dignity ) still exists.· We still focus on teaching students knowledge instead of cultivating their learning ability.· When we teach in class, we tend to put too much emphasis on the form of teaching but neglect the contents of teaching.· We take the results of exams for the only rule to evaluate students.What result in these issues? Mainly because of the politics teachers’ wrong conception, the popularity of the teaching conception "knowledge coming first", emphasis on the improvement of teaching methods, neglect of the improvement of learning, insufficient use of evaluation system, etc.For all these reasons, I think we should take these measures:1. Change teachers’ old idea and give them the new idea - teaching based on students’ development.2. Optimize the process of teaching in class and stimulate students’ passion for participation and their desire for thinking.3. Perfect students’ learning methods and cultivate students’ creativity and spirits of practicing.4. Put developing teaching evaluation in class into practice and make the evaluation the effective way to promote students’ development.更多还原
