黄芪建中汤对脾阳虚大鼠回肠SP、VIP影响的实验研究

【摘要】 目的：研究黄芪建中汤对脾阳虚证大鼠回肠P物质(SP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)的影响，阐明黄芪建中汤治疗脾阳虚证的某些作用机理。初步探讨脾阳虚证与神经-内分泌-免疫网络的关系，以及黄芪建中汤对该网络的调节作用，从而揭示该方对机体整体综合调控作用的可能途径。 方法：选用Wistar大鼠40只，随机分为4组：空白对照组、脾阳虚模型组、自然恢复组和黄芪建中汤组，每组10只。除空白对照组以外其余各组均采用饮食失节、劳倦过度加苦寒泻下的方法，建立脾阳虚大鼠模型。造模成功后第2日，分别给予相应汤剂灌服14天。取材，处理后用放射免疫法测定SP、VIP的含量。 结果：脾阳虚模型大鼠回肠段P物质(SP)升高、血管活性肠肽(VIP)降低(与空白对照组比P＜0.01)，存在胃肠激素的紊乱，胃肠道神经内分泌免疫系统功能失常。黄芪建中汤能明显改善大鼠脾阳虚诸证，使SP含量降低(与脾阳虚模型组比P＜0.01)、VIP升高(P＜0.05)，二者恢复至正常水平(与空白对照组比较P＞0.05)。自然恢复组SP、VIP水平趋向正常，但与空白对照组相比仍有明显差异(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)。 结论：黄芪建中汤能明显改善大鼠脾阳虚症状，降低回肠SP含量、并提高VIP含量，其作用机制可能是：通过调节胃肠道神经内分泌系统，使胃肠运动及吸收功能得以恢复；通过改善胃肠道及整体的免疫状态，提高机体免疫力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To test the effect of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari Decoction for warming the Middle Energizer (RA) on SP and VIP in the ileum of rats with deficiency of spleen-yang.The purpose of this researcn is to explain the mechanism that the decoction of RA can remedy the deficiency of spleen-yang and explore rudimentarily the relationship between deficiency of spleen-yang and NEI and the role of RA. Methods: First,we divided the rats into four teams at random, the team of sufferer.the team of natural recovery, the RA team plus a normally fed team.Each team included ten members. To copy the model of spleen-yang deficiency, we have successfully made all the rats except the normally fed team suffer from diarrhea.The rats of each team were poured with peculiar decoction for 14 days.After all the things finished,we -took ileum of the rats to test the change of the matter of SP and VIP.Results: Compared with the normally fed team(P<0.01),the contents of SP in the team of sufferer were obviously raise,and the contents of VIP were clearly decreased. It has showed that the disorder of gastrointestinal hormones and NEI exists in the rats of sufferer.In the RA team,the contents of SP and VIP obviously returned to normal,compared with the team of sufferer(P<0.01,P<0.05),and compared with the normally fed team there is no obvious statistic difference (P>0.05). The contents of SP and VIP in the natural recovery team were clearly different from the normally fed team(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: This research shows that the decoction of RA can obviously improve the symptoms of the rats with deficiency of spleen-yang, make the contents of SP decreased and make the contents of VIP raised in ileum of rats .It may be one of the treatment mechanism that the decoction of RA can return the motion and absorption of stomach-intestine to normal by regulating the neuro-endocrine function.
