脾脏病机五行传变的研究

【摘要】 根据国家中医药管理局“关于1999～2015年中医药基础研究发展提纲”中指出“在研究中医基础理论时要明确脏腑、病机等基本理论内涵与适应范围，规范理论表达”的要求，本文以《内》、《难》经旨为依据，结合代表医家的医著医案医话以及随师门诊实践，首次运用系统方法，在继承中医原创优势下，对脾脏病机五行传变进行研究，主要有以下四个方面的自主新见解： 一是规范了脾脏病机五行传变的概念。它是指脾脏疾病在其发展过程中遵循五行母子与乘侮规律，从脾脏有病传及四脏或四脏有病传及脾脏的病变过程。 二是阐述了脾脏病机五行传变的基础与条件。论述了脾土子系统与其余四脏子系统共同构筑的相互促进、相互制约、相互关联的五脏五行系统是传变的基础，而传变与否不仅取决于脏气脏邪的盛衰，还与脾脏病变后机体是否能够实现五行制化调节有密切关系。 三是归纳了脾脏病机五行传变的六个规律和十五个模式。提出并表述了脾脏有病传及四脏和四脏有病传及脾脏的五行传变正反思维模式，并根据生克乘侮规律推断其转归预后。 四是列举并评价了脾脏病机五行传变在病机学、辨证学、治法学等方面的应用。 本研究丰富了脏腑病机学说，开拓了中医五行辨证的思维方法，对中医药学术理论的发展、临床疾病的防治均有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the development outline on the foundation research of TCM(1995-2015) declared by State administration of TCM which pointed out that our task is to study the foundation research’s expressions。 According to the 《Huangdi Nei Jing》、《Nan Jing》 and the medics’ theorieses and practices, the author pointed four new views by system analysis:At the first, the author normed the concept of changes about spleen’s five-elements disease machine.Secondly, the author expatiated the foundations and the terms of changes about spleen’s five-elements disease machine.Thirdly, the author induced six regulations and fifteen modes of changes about spleen’s five-elements disease machine.Finally, the author enumerated and evaluated the value of changes about spleen’s five-elements disease machine .更多还原
