【摘要】 本文在充分认识能源领域改革滞后现象和东西部合作的客观基础与理论基础之上，对西部资源与东部投资能力互补、东西部技术和市场的互补性进行了详细的介绍，并介绍了一些对我国东西部经济合作和联动发展有借鉴意义的区域合作有关理论。研究了能源在区域经济发展中的作用，并分析了能源在东西部区域经济发展中的现状，提出了能源型区域在对能源依赖的观念下，阻碍了自身的发展，使能源型区域在国家整体经济体系中处于不利地位，发展面临困难，并举例说明了我国能源富集区经济发展受制约的实况。在分析我国能源市场化滞后的现状后，提出了能源体制创新和资源配置市场化的对策。对市场机制下的能源二元市场结构的要素流动进行经济学分析，及东西部区域市场化进程的差距导致要素回流效应的分析，建议调整能源产业结构来协调要素的流动，并进一步健全能源市场体系。最后提出在市场约束下，能源发展要与资源开发利用相协调，与环境保护相协调，与区域经济发展相协调，区域统筹发展是全国可持续发展的内在要求，其观点应该是我国东西部经济合作与联动发展的基本原则和出发点。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this thesis, we illuminated detailedly the mutual complementility of energy, technology, the ability of investment and market between the east and the west after we thoroughly realized the lag phenomenon existing in the revolution of source and fully understood the theory and reality in the cooperation between the east and west. We also provided theories for cooperation between regions which can help to advance the economic cooperation between the east and west and development one by one. Besides, by the research of the effect of energy in economic advances and the analysis of the fact of source in economic advances between the east and west , it appears that with the concept of economic development over-dependent of energy, the region full of energy blocked self-development and put itself on the disadvantaged position in the whole economic system of our country; for illuminating this point, some examples are put forward in this paper; and some advice are brought forward here which are based on our analysis of the fact of lag phenomenon in source marketing and research in the relation between marketing and regional economic development.更多还原
