透水性生态混凝土的制备及抗冻性研究

【摘要】 混凝土作为人类使用量最大的建设材料,除了要满足现代人的需求外,更要注重降低环境负荷、改善环境,使其具有优良的环境协调性。如果它能加快自然循环、解决生物和景观保护等生态学问题,便可实现人类的可持续发展。所谓生态混凝土,就是通过材料合理的选取、采用特殊工艺制造出来的具有特殊的结构与表面特性的混凝土。它在满足建筑工程需要的同时,还能减少环境负荷,与生态环境相协调,并能为环保做出贡献。 本文通过一系列的生态混凝土试件的试验,主要考虑了骨料级配、水灰比、水泥用量、添加剂的选用及掺量比例,对混凝土性能的影响,包括抗压强度、抗折强度、透水系数的影响。在试验和分析的基础上,开发出具有护堤植生功能的透水性生态混凝土。该生态混凝土自身的多孔性,使其具有自然净化水质、实现植物生长(植生)以及防波浪冲刷、自然排水透水(护堤)等促进自然生态环境改善以及营造城市景观等突出的优点。 本文模拟实际情况设计和进行了气冻水融和水冻水融耐久性试验,分析了动弹性模量和质量随冻融循环的变化规律。大量系统实验和理论分析表明:通过合理的配方设计和引用水泥改质剂,在保证生态混凝土具有一定的空隙率(适应植物的生长)、强度(能起到护坡功能)、较大的透水系数同时,还具备一定的抗冻耐久性。 借助材料学和损伤力学,解释了所选用的无机质添加剂对混凝土冻融损伤抑制的效应。生态混凝土的冻融循环破坏是一种低周疲劳过程,冻融作用在混凝土中引起反复变化的破坏力,包括温度应力的作用。这种破坏力遍布于试件整体,与体力类似,但没有固定的方向,对混凝土试件整体造成损伤,这种破坏力可简化为三向受拉。本文基于冻融疲劳损伤,通过建立疲劳损伤的模型和方程,对生态混凝土进行了寿命预测:并借助有限元程序对混凝土在低温下的温度应力进行了模拟。
【Abstract】 Concrete, which have the largest consumption in the construction materials all over the world, should not only meet the demand of the public, but also pay attention to reduce the environment burden and create excellent coordination with environment. If it can accelerate nation circulating and resolve the ecology problem about protection of landscape and organisms environment, it will achieve the mankind continual development. Ecological concrete, which is manufactured by selecting rational materials and adopting special manufacture process, owns particular structure and surface character. Ecological concrete can reduce the environment burden, establish coordinate with biosphere and contribute on protection of environment, besides it meet the need of construction project.This paper has carried a set of experiments about concrete , through changing aggregate level, water cement ratio mixes, cement dosage, additives and its weight, and analyzed the relationship of these parameters and concrete function, which mainly includes coefficient of permeability, compressive strength and flexural strength. This paper has developed planted ecological concrete, which have the functions of penetration and protecting embankment. This ecological concrete belongs to porous concrete. It owns the abilities of natural water purification and the realization of plant growth, it can resist of anti-wave erosion, naturally drain off the flood, etc. Ecological concrete have the advantages of promoting the natural ecological environment perfectly and creating a city landscape.This paper designed and carried gas freeze-water thaw and water freeze-water thaw experiments about concrete durability, through simulating the actual circumstances. The change of dynamic modulus and quality in the freeze-thaw experiments were regarded as mainly analyzable targets. A set of system experiments and theoretical analysis shows: this ecological concrete can own rational hole structure(to the growth of plants), required strength(protect the slope), coefficient of permeability and durability, through adopting the rational directions for materials, selecting effective additives and a certain manufacture technological process.Depending on materials science and mechanics from injury, the reason and mechanism of the inorganic cement additives to concrete about freeze-thaw injury was explained.
