CFRP索斜拉桥力学特性研究及优化设计

【摘要】 近年来,随着斜拉桥向更大跨度的发展,对斜拉桥所使用的材料也提出了更高的要求。具有轻质、高强、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳等优良性能的碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)引起了土木工程界的广泛重视和兴趣。特别是在特大跨径斜拉桥中,CFRP拉索的优点体现尤为明显。 国内外对于CFRP拉索在斜拉桥中应用的相关研究和实例还很少,本文围绕CFRP拉索在斜拉桥中应用这一主题,开展了一系列的试验研究和理论分析,包括CFRP筋力学性能、CFRP筋锚固体系、大跨度CFRP索斜拉桥静力特性分析、CFRP索试验桥设计分析、CFRP索斜拉桥优化设计等五个方面。主要研究内容摘要如下: (1)CFRP筋力学性能的研究 基于大量的文献研究,并综合试验的基础上,对CFRP筋主要力学性能进行了研究分析。比较了CFRP筋与高强钢材料的性能异同,研究CFRP索在大跨度桥梁中代替钢索的可行性与优越性。 (2)CFRP筋锚固性能试验研究 主要包括锚具的开发研究和锚固形式的确定。在实验室对CFRP筋锚固性能进行相应的试验,设计出一套完整的CFRP索的锚固系统。并通过对粘结力与粘结长度分析,提出影响锚固效率的因素、最佳粘结长度等。 (3)大跨度CFRP索斜拉桥静力参数分析 阐述了各参数对大跨度斜拉桥特别是特大跨度斜拉桥的影响程度,并从静力特性角度比较了CFRP索斜拉桥与钢索斜拉桥的极限跨径,指出CFRP索在特大跨度斜拉桥中的应用前景。 (4)CFRP索试验桥设计与结构静力分析 对CFRP索斜拉桥的设计与施工工艺进行研究。对CFRP索斜拉桥成桥状态和静力性能进行计算分析,并对施工过程控制进行模拟。为今后CFRP索斜拉桥的建造进行探索和实践。 (5)CFRP索斜拉桥的优化设计 采用有限元优化设计技术对CFRP拉索斜拉桥进行优化计算,包括经济角度及力学性能的角度。以斜拉桥各受力参数为状态变量,得出优化后斜拉桥合理成桥状态。

【Abstract】 In recent years, With the development of greater span bridge, the material which used for the cable-stayed bridge also set a higher request. For its good performances, such as light weight, high strength, good corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance, Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) has caught the attention and interest of the civil engineering realm. Particularly in the large span cable-stayed bridge, the advantage of CFRP cable is particularly obvious. the application of CFRP cable in the relevant research and examples are few yet. This dissertation focuses on cable-stayed bridges with CFRP cable and does a series of theoretical analysis and experimental studies. The work includes four main parts, such as the mechanics of CFRP tendons, the anchoring system of CFRP tendons, Analysis of the static characteristics of long span cable-stayed bridge with CFRP cable, study on experimental cable-stayed bridge with CFRP cable, optimization analysis on CFRP cable-stayed bridge. The main content of the dissertation is briefly summarized as follows.1. The mechanics of CFRP tendonsBased on extensive research in literature and the short-term mechanics experiment. CFRP tendons main mechanics research performance analysis was made. Compared with the performance of CFRP tendons and steel. Studies the feasibility and the superiority of the CFRP cable to replace the steel materials in the large span bridge.2. Experimental study on anchorage device for CFRP cableMainly includes the anchorage device research and the anchor form determination. Carries on the corresponding experiment in the laboratory to the CFRP anchor, designs a set of complete anchor system of CFRP cable. And through to the bond power and the bond length analysis, proposes the efficiency influence factor of anchor, the best bond length and so on.3. Static parameter analysis of large span CFRP cable-stayed bridge Elaborated the influence of various parameters to the great span cable-stayedbridge especially in large span cable-stayed bridge. And compared the limit span of CFRP cable-stayed bridge and the steel mechanics cable-stayed bridge from the static characteristic angle. Points out the application prospect of CFRP cable in large span cable-stayed bridge.
